The mirror arrived broken - not refunded yet!
The mirror arrived broken. I reported the issue immediately, but even after 20 days, I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. I consider this level of customer service extremely unprofessional, and the way this complaint has been handled feels very unreliable and potentially fraudulent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The quality of the mirror is not…
The quality of the mirror is not according to my expectations, cheap LED strip and cheap plastic on the back of the mirror, it is a disappointment for me. If I had seen it somewhere in a showroom, I would never have ordered this cheap piece of mirror sold for a high price. Maybe someone will be satisfied, but we are not.

Unfair complaint policy
I ordered an LED bathroom mirror from Artforma. It arrived with a manufacturing defect on the edge – the light bends there and looks like a drop, but it’s not.
The defect was only visible after installation, yet my complaint was rejected because the mirror was already mounted.
Beautiful design, but very poor customer service and unfair complaint policy. I expected more from a brand that claims to be premium.

Mirror was delivered broken , we raised the claim and they wrote us back and were saying that we broke it. THIS COMPANY NEVER AGAIN

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation regarding your claim. You removed all the protective stickers from the back of the mirror, which clearly stated not to do so before checking the condition of the product. As per our policy, once the mirror has been hung, we cannot accept claims for mechanical damage, as we are unable to verify when the damage occurred. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the claim for the broken corner after the mirror was installed on the wall.

Great mirror BUT
Back of the mirror is flat, no hole for the cables so it moves on the wall, because it does not have any strong foundation behind it, only cables in the middle. They should have used hinges or legs of some kind or make a hole for cables. This is a big design flaw. 3times cheaper mirrors have this…..
It came with a broken corner. It is a small issue but it is a mirror for 700+ european money. You could not see it because it was hidden under the foam corner and only visible after getting it all out when installing. So just make sure to get the mirror all out, right after you receive it… (I didnt have that chance)
Otherwise it looks beautiful. Led stripes look great, I can change the color (but only between 3000-6000kelvin?). Suggestion to the producer is: I would have appreciated if it could go down to 2200 (at least) for a relaxing color temperature while taking a bath. If it was zigbee conectible super awesome.
You see nice stripes just like on the picture (premium kine dual color). You cannot see the led light bulbs really. Only when you look super close so that is great.
Demister (heating of the mirror) works great.
Strength of the dual color light (premium line) is good but shaving and makeup could be not what you expect. It is only OK because you have the bottom led stripes and you can come close. If there were only top lights I would not be able to do the job.
Buttons for demister and light are great. I hardly see the markings after touching it with my hand which is great. They are lit up even when light is off for a nice cold white effect, but you can totally turn them off for the night, which is even better. Change of the color - kelvins is simple but it is hard to get the strongest blue or strongest yellow because it goes round and round. But this is really a small issue.
I would buy again. :)
