Hey ship exactly what they advertise.

A delivery had been stuck in a DHL branch office for nine days. Artforma contacted the courier service, and promised to produce a new mirror.

On the same day, the mirror was suddenly delivered to my house. It is very well built and of great quality. Unfortunately, it was cracked in a corner because something intruded into the packaging from the outside (not their fault). Artforma handled the case gracefully and produced the new mirror, which was delivered today.

The wrong mirror was sent over. Eventually the company sent the correct one but many emails were exchanged before this happened
