The quality is not worthy for the price tag paid for.

Ordered 3 paintings, (2 peonelle and 1 dangling daffodils).

Very pleased and ordered bell park. All arrived properly protected (did not opt for the extra protection).

Receive piece that was not framed properly,had to be fixed at a framing store,looks terrible at the back,no cover.Cheap plastic frame.For the price,this piece is disappointing

The company created a beautiful painting for us. Stunning! We experienced some damage during shipping and the company repaired the damage and reshipped the painting to us quickly and free of charge. Great customer service!!

I fell in love when I saw this painting on your website. It is above and beyond my expectations. The fact that the artist checked in with me midway for my approval was very impressive. It came well packaged. I was able to track at the entire way and it's just stunning!

The company communicates clearly and the work is impressive. The colors for me did not quite work out so I was disappointed a bit.

The process was efficient, the art was able to be customized to suit my specific preferences and the delivery was timely. We are very pleased with the first piece that has arrived and excited to see how the 2nd piece, delayed because we wanted more changes done during the production.

You sent me the wrong painting

Exceptional Company. The Design team was exceptional. They were extremely helpful assisting me with selecting the correct size of the painting, color scheme, recommended different paintings for my large entry way. After ordering they keep me apprised of the development of the painting. The have the artist paint the painting specifically for me. I was extremely impressed when they sent me a picture of the artist work as they were painting it to let me see it is the works. The delivery was seamless as it is being shipped from Europe. Well packaged to prevent damage. Free shipping is what is unheard of with something this valuable. Although I did pay for extra protection of about $180 which was well worth it! We received the painting timely and were so impressed on the beauty and quality of this painting. I can't say enough about how exceptional this company is and their communication with their clients are excellent.
I am so happy with my purchase and working with this company. Our painting will last a lifetime and the quality is exceptional. Last, the price point is unheard of as it looks like a $10K painting. I shopped around and most paintings were $10K plus and were not as quality as this painting. I highly recommend this company. Love them!

So far so good, the updates or what status my painting is very nice! When I see the final product , I'll be able to give a more accurate account of my experience. The painting is at the framing stage right now.

Art by Maudsch is extremely responsive and true to their word to ensuring your 100% satisfaction. They were patient and receptive to all of my requests to make modifications along the way to the art they were creating for me. So their customer service is outstanding.

I was surprised though that the artist didn’t seem to capture the modifications I was requesting to the degree I would have expected. I have finally accepted a final product, but have not yet received. I have to say I wasn’t totally impressed with the final product but could see that it probably wasn’t going to get much better. I am hoping that when I receive it I will think it’s good enough.

Not complete yet, but wanted to say so far so good! I saw my painting and asked that it receive more texture! Their response was quick and supportive! They sent it back to the artist and I should see the final result soon!

The artist took on feedback to get the artwork right. I do like the piece, but I wasn’t notified it had been shipped so it just turned up on the door while I was at work and left there for anyone to steal. Also I thought this was out of Amsterdam but the postage said China. If I had know if was Chinese made then I probably wouldn’t have brought it or paid that much for it

Everything arrived safely and great communication Happy with my purchase.
