I bought a painting for $1,272.
I bought a painting for $1,272.
No one told me I was going to pay for custom fees. Now DHL the delivery company is asking me $152. More for custom fees in order to get the painting to my door on top of what I already paid for.
Very disappointed with this.
Art by Maudsch should advise the buyers about that possibility. And i wasn’t.

We love the art…they look great
We love the art…they look great! We purchased 4 pieces, 3 of which were delivered by DHL. 2 of those had damaged packaging. Luckily, paintings were ok. This is not first experience with DHL delivery damaged packages. We just thought we’d share that with you.

had an excellent experience with Art by Maudsch from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized.
I commissioned a custom panoramic painting of Jerusalem and had a very specific vision for the piece. We are happy with the painting. We are not happy that they tried to upsell "better packaging" for additional $150 (not sure if this is the correct amount). Packaging should always be good enough to protect an item during shipping and not have to pay extra for better protection.
