Website clearly explains the process and timeline for requests and submissions for which there are no questions or concerns. My experience was consistent with a response and confirmation from within one business day and another day for delivery from Matt. Decent communications on status. Processing time and convenience justify the value of the service.

Very bad service. I paid for overnight delivery and they sent it 2nd day. Had flight to catch and was unable to wait another day for document. Will never use again.

What would seem to be an insurmountable experience for the uninitiated such as myself, the whole process of getting all the paperwork and necessary documents ready for an international move is more than just a bit intimidating. But the assistance I received from Apostilles.us was beyond anything I could have hoped for. They explained everything, in clear detail, and were there with quick, easily understandable answers every step of the way. And to top it all off, they were exceptionally kind throughout. My only regret is that I am limited to only 5 stars, because they certainly deserve that and more.

One thing that would really boost this, include the direct links for starting the fingerprinting and background checks. Your website was so easy to understand and navigate. But the fbi was a mess. It would have made you that much better to have that as a helping hand. Almost like if we go ahead and pay you first, you direct us for everything and every step.

Excellent service. Matt was very professional in processing my application. I didn't expect to have the apostille in such a short time, both in electronic and printed form.
