I ordered a temperature-sensitive product, but it arrived hot. The package did not appear to have adequate cold-chain protection, which raised serious concerns about how the product was handled during shipping.
For products that require temperature control, proper shipping conditions are essential. Receiving the product warm made me question whether it had been stored and transported appropriately.
Before leaving this review, I contacted the company on WhatsApp to explain the issue and ask for support. Unfortunately, I received no response and no solution was offered.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor shipping conditions and lack of customer service

They are not just good, they are fantastic!!! the Data on the Vials are legit and my research shows that the compounds will perform greater than expected. The Payment process is a little unorthodox but not complicted at all. Shipping is great and your materials come bubble wrapped and secure. I also had a question at one point and sent it in the middle of the night. I got a response back from a real person in less than 5 minutes and I was not expecting that. They are solid and they will be my go to shop. good luck with your research guys.

Defective Product
Have made several purchases from this company. It was always 100%. I made a bigger order and out of all of my bottles two of them hardened up and would not mixture. I used their antibacterial water as instructed. They are refusing to replace the defective bottles. Would not recommend this company in the future.
