Au Peptide Labs 

Ordered Tuesday lunchtime still nothing on the Sunday even with the vast claims of fast delivery, they send you a tracking number within a couple of hours and then nothing, no response to queries or emails, the package was never picked up till Friday afternoon as they log it on the system with aus post but never request a pick up according to Australian Post when I assumed it was their issue.
I live in the middle of Brisbane, can't blame rural post for this one.

Customer service is non existent, would not reply to my email after 10 days , do not buy , changed there name to PEPT AU , there peptides are contaminated,

Important to further investigate these enties.

FAKE REVIEWS!!! They offered my $100 to write a good review so all of these reviews are fake. Not only that their website has fully disappeared.

Received parcel on 12/June/2026
NO BAC WATER included and I received 2 packets of syringes that I did not order.
12/June/2026 sent email to Pept and message on their www support portal, saying "how can we help"
I explained that the ordered BAC water was not included, support wrote that they will advise Admin.
19/June/2026 I received an email from Pepts saying "Sorry about the delay with your package as they had sent the Bac water on Friday 12/June/2026
I was advised by Admin that my package was delivered - It had NOT been Delivered.
I asked for a Tracking Number for the package of Bac Water, I still have not received any reply.
17/June/2026 I sent another email to Pept advising then that I still had not received their package from 9/June/2026.
20/June/2026 Another email to Pept advising that I have not received my Bac Water and asked for their tracking number.
21/June/2026 I sent another email, nothing received in the mail and asking for their Tracking Number.
Stone walled, No reply.
24/June/2026 I sent another email advising that it is now 3 weeks and I still have not received my order of Bac water.
At 14.25 on 24/June/2026 -still no reply
I have peptides in the fridge now for 3 weeks and have not been able to use these because Pept's Customer Service in my situation is Broken and dysfunctional.
I URGE anyone who is considering placing an Order with PEPT to seriously reconsider and ask yourselves what would YOU do if your order had not been fulfilled in order for you to commence your peptide program. The Stone walling in my situation is distastefull to say the least. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I AM NOW FORWARDING ALL MY CORRESPONDANCE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

I couldn't access the website 23/6/26, the server is down for everyone and the order I made was at label made status by Australia Post

I paid for express shipping and it arrived within 3 days. Product was packaged well and seems of good quality. Great company to deal with and would definitely purchase from them again. Thankyou!
