Hands down the worst hosting experience I've ever had for a game server. You pay for a smooth multiplayer experience, but what you actually get is endless downtime and unplayable lag for everyone on the server.
What frustrates me the most is the total lack of help when things break down. Opening a support ticket feels like shouting into a void; they either ignore you completely or refuse to take responsibility for their server issues. Zero stability, zero support. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider.

Unstable Server & Unreachable Support

Rented a Palworld server here, but it keeps disconnecting constantly and the gameplay is completely ruined. What makes it worse is the lack of a resolution path. I tried opening a support ticket on their Discord, but I can't because I wasn't given the necessary role to do so. There are also no announcements or explanations about the server downtime in their channels. It feels like paying for a service and getting completely ignored when issues arise. Not recommended until they fix their support system.

Just bought palworld 10gb services and it very very laggy not only laggy it also crashes every time we play with 2+ more people where the package recommended for 20 people. Just very bad experience overall

This is the worst hosting provider I have ever used. I rented a Palworld server, but the connection was constantly lagging and frequently disconnecting.

Support tickets took hours to receive a response, tickets were closed without any confirmation or resolution, and my Discord account even had its permission to submit support tickets removed (so I couldn't create any more tickets?).

Despite all of this, the server quality remained terrible and was practically unusable. In my experience, this service is a complete scam, and I absolutely do not recommend it for game hosting.

Once again: do not subscribe to this service!

Files go missing, and support provides no answers. Tickets are closed immediately without any response.

Scam, tried using this hosting 1 month and 1-2 day using have so many problem like server crash, login issue, cant access server control. so dont recommend using this hosting service

The service (Discord Bot Hosting) is indeed solid, been doing it like 2-3 months without any downtime for my discord bot. Regardless, there's still room for improvement. The password for panel was given like 3 days after installment. Which quite frustating.

I see lots of complain regarding Minecraft server, I cannot judge that, because I only buy discord bot hosting, which works flawlessly for me. Maybe I am experiencing what've people called "Reverse Survivorship Bias".

Low rating because while it's cheap, the servers went down frequently. If the servers are up, then the panel can't be accessed.

Such a SCAM i dont even know how i fell for it. the website was trash so how can you expect them to run your game server too.

The server we bought is gone even though it's not the period to end yet, and the discord ticket for customer service isn't working as well. A truly money robber.

As a former user of Anjas Hosting (used to use it frequently), I cannot recommend this service.

During my time playing, the server would crash very frequently, and we would sometimes have to wait hours for it to come back online. It was also very difficult to contact support or write a ticket for help from staff since they would close it with no apparent reason.

The worst part, they would shut down their panel for multiple days (or weeks) without any announcement on their channel or website, and leave us, to wait indefinitely on the panel opening back up. Not even the forums (that they listed on their owned website), could help as they closed them a long time ago.

Advice for Anjas:
I would give advice to Anjas Hosting, and the people behind it, that they should be more transparent / responsive to users, and announce any problems with the panel.

the server frequently down, and now its up, but i cant access my bot file, shown as "This directory seems to be empty."
the only thing that i thought my bot still run, because its just the cache, and the file possibly wiped away

they use bad machines, all specs are the same and all servers are combined into one machine
the server often doesn't respond

Me and my friends bought a minecraft server from their website, we upgraded from IDR 49k package to IDR 169k package and we still get the same exact problem, the server gets shut down very often. I tried making a ticket in their discord server but it turns out that new members can’t even make a ticket.

Overall a very bad experience, will move to another host after this month’s period is expired. 2/10 would not recommend.

Host randomly shutdown causing data corruption on my minecraft world, and the discord said nothing about it or any warning about the occurrence, inconsistent internet speed and also server panel went offline often but it was never long, usually around 5 minutes of downtime. Customer Service was abysmal, went to CS (Customer Service) to consult about some problem i was facing, the reply time was long and the respond didnt help at all, no solution and they closed my ticket without solving my problem.
