Incompetent and useless. We brought our dog in because she was in pain. They said there was nothing to worry about, but our dog died two days later. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I walked through the door of AniCura and it didn't take long before I was greeted by the smiling staff who immediately tried to manipulate me. I turned around and went to a regular vet instead who also did the job for a reasonable price. Kindness is all the rage but beware of excessive kindness, it can be a cover for manipulation.

6 hours between the first contact and the doctors visit. Vet came for less than 5 Min. Very superficial examination. I got told to come back 2 days later to see the eye doctor ( 2 days with an Eye injury????)
I got medication for 2 days for an extraordinary price and a prescription with a wrong Diagnose. And for all this they ask me to pay 3200SEK.

They constantly overcharged and always want you to come back to cash-ing. They never get the right expertise. I'm tired and boycott Anicura.

Quoting 20000kr for a tooth extraction for my cat. Please. Please.

One of the 'official veterinarians' in Malmo in this clinic is a plus. The clinic is neat and clean, but far for those who live in Lomma and depend on public transportation.

The downside is the price/cost. One month ago, before I made the appointment, the clinic informed me that the estimated fee/cost would be about 850 kr. However, at the clinic, I received the bill of 1860kr!! This price was more than double the quote I was given by the clinic.

The doctor was apologetic and explained that the official fee for any pet travel certificate (from Jordbruksverket's official veterinarian) is 2000 kr, and that it was an error on the part of the receptionist to misquote. I was left with no choice but to pay the total amount of 1860 kr. It was an expensive fee.

My humble recommendation is that the clinic should be transparent when giving a price quote in the future. Not everyone can afford a surprise of double the fee when they get the receipt.

Every time we visit Anicura we are warmly welcomed by staff. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and respectful towards our cat. It is very easy to make an appointment at Anicura and waiting times are short! We are very happy with our experience and all the help we have received so far. Would definitely recommend!

The nurse who attended to me at Bergamossa Animal Hospital was super kind and caring to my distress for my injured cat when I arrived. They attended to me immediately seeing I was panicking and calmed me down with care and concern about the mishap. They gave a good assessment and advice and my cat returned and now is well and healthy again.

Thanks for the very 'human' care and attention for both the animals and empathy to the owners' emotions of our little pets. Thank you

Best veterinary clinic in Malmö! Extremely caring, patient, and knowledgable. My dog got a quick diagnosis (ear infection, yeast and bacteria) and treatment—improved within the day! They really prioritize the animals' comfort, and there are never more than a few patients in at a time. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They're also very transparent about pricing! 10/10. Would recommend to friends and family.

Astrid is a caring and knowledgable veterinarian who remembers my cat and her personality. She takes time to answer my questions and clearly explains my options. The nurses are skilled and the secretary is friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at Anicura Falu Animal Hospital. Our dog became ill during our ski trip, but the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent care to our pet. Thank you for your excellent service!

AniCura staff are under pressure to earn by milking insurance and customers. For our cat which suffered from constipation for 2 days, a laxative and observation could have worked. But No. Evidencia/ Spånga which is a part of this chain charged 6500 kr for unnecessary checks and refered us to AniCura/ Danderyd which insisted that they keep the cat for the night.

A doctor in Anicura tells us that he sees nothing wrong, and offered some laxative and suggested we take the cat home. But after consulting ”Seniors” he changes his narrative and insists that the cat stays for the night. Anicura presents an invoice of 23000kr for the night!
This is robbery! Avoid both these clinics!

Besides robbing, they make the animals miserable with unnessary torture.

Took good care of my little 1 year old dog, we were there for an eye control.

Our beloved Bernese Mountain dog Archie was bitten close to testicles by a poisonous viper in July 2022 in Sweden and due to bacterial infection around the bite wound he was castrated with 6 months Suprelorin implant by Virbac. After that he became incontinent and his belly swollen. Virbac admitted that their implant has incontinence as side effect but didn't know if this side effect will continue 1,5 month or 6 months. They wrote letter to Anicura to remove the chip, do ultrasound and a blood test. Anicura did not find the chip, no blood test but, via ultrasound, it diagnosed Archie with a large cyst/neoplasi terminal stage and couldn't see a bladder. I told the Anicura ultrasound specialist that an Evidensia veterinary (vet) misdiagnosed Archie with cancer in the lungs in June 2022. Xrays showed no cancer in the lungs yet both the Evidensia and the Anicura vets wanted me to mercy kill Archie. I thought one should at least know if this large as a hand cyst or neoplasi in the swollen belly is malign. Anicura wanted me to a sign a contract which didn't say what Anicura will do with/to Archie but I was obliged to leave him there alone, pay SEK 30 000 and if not paid in full, Anicura would keep Archie as hostage, charging for each additional day. On the 7th day Archie would become Anicura's property. I refused to sign such a contract and wanted to leave, sek care elsewhere. The Anicura veterinary, a woman, held us in a room, blocked the door with her body, hand on handle so we can't touch the handle, and didn't let us go out, Archie was tired, needed rest. She wanted me to sign the contract or kill Archie. If I don't, she threaten to report me to Länsstyrelsen, Swedish Government dept., for lacking animal care. I told her that she has no right to keep us locked in and that this is harassment. After a few minutes she opened the door and with rushed out. We paid 3000 kr for this terror and malign incompetence and went home with the great Animal Ambulance. I told the Animal Ambulance driver what happened. That same day, we police reported Anicura for harassment and threats and booked another vet. Next day, Länsstyrelsen, Swedish Government, contacted Archie's family and told us that a vet had broken the patient privacy law and reported me to them for lacking animal care. The Swedish government started monitoring and supervising Archie's family, asking us to tell them which new vet he will see next. The Swedish Government doesn't know Archie and seemed to care less to know him. They claim to send inspectors to secretly inspect the dog owners. I told the inspector what happened and she said she doesn't care about the past only about the future. We went to another vet, ultrasound again, and it appeared that Archie had no big cyst nor neoplasi final stage in the belly but a bladder filled with urine causing infection. His bladder was emptied promptly of 2 l urine with catheter and he got penicillin again. Virbac refused liability for the suffering it caused Archie and said that we used the implant at own risk. However, their product did not state that big dogs get incontinent of their castration implant Suprelorin nor that it would challenge his prostate condition, which it did. Anicura misdiagnosed Archie badly and committed a crime against him and his family. I don't want to hear from Anicura that it is sorry for "my experience" because all this is a crime and malpractice, not an experience. On Trust Pilot one can read that Anicura did the same move of keeping pet owners in a room, blocking their way out of the door if they don't sign their, in my view, criminal contract and threaten them with the Swedish Government. I don't know why vets and the government attack Archie and his family. He just wants to get well, to urinate normally as he did all his life until the Virbac Suprelorin implant. Sweden's government should not posture as animal carer because it does not provide a facility for e.g. radiation of cancer in inside organs for animals and that way forces pet owners kill their beloved pets or to travel abroad to get proper animal care which is not easy with sick pets. Thus, if anybody should be reported for lacking animal care, it is Sweden itself, including government and big animal hospital chains such as Anicura and Evidensia. Both misdiagnosed Archie and grossly so yet pushed us to kill our. Evidensia wanted me to submit Archie to some animal experiment, I refused. Then their oncologist sent me private letters telling me that Evidensia refuses to provide any care to Archie and that I am obliged by Swedish law to kill him. I have all this documented with emails, voice recordings, journals, xrays, bills and I have shared these with many other people.

We're living next to a forest and our cats walk outside. To prevent fleas and ticks in our house we just asked for a prescription for Bravecto. They denied, because we don't have a personnummer (pn), we shall come back if we have one. We explained that we are waiting since a year for it and we know a lot of people who also waited 9 months and more.
We should come back after an hour to speak with the doctor. So we came a second time just to hear that they deny again and they said we shall download the app to speak with someone. I did. But, in order to login you need a MobileID. So, no service in person and no service through the mobile app without a pn.

The conclusion: The cats don't understand why they must not enter the house anymore and the kids are sad, because the cats aren't with them anymore.

This is discrimination of immigrants and expats and they don't care about the wellbeing of our pets.
