The jacket I bought was of wonderful quality but did not fit in the way I wanted so I returned it and received a refund as per the Company’s policy and started looking elsewhere. Then the Company’s Senior Customer Experience Specialist contacted me and offered to help me find something suitable. I was impressed. This approach to customer service was new to me. He asked for my measurements - I sent the incorrect details twice but he was supremely patient and very understanding. Eventually, armed with the correct information he guided me to the perfect size and fit. This was the very best after sale service I have ever experienced. I give Angel Jackets a high recommend.

Good Customer service all the way through from receipt of Jacket. Lovely Jacket and well packaged. Unfortunately, even though the largest size was ordered, it was too small across the bust. So the returns process was followed, and a refund was issued. All processed with no hassle. Returns were sent to a UK address, which was really reassuring.

I was so excited to find a color, style and leather that was so appealing to me online - the best part was receiving the beautiful jacket in a timely manner, and in such quality. There was a delay in delivery of my new leather jacket, but Angel Jackets keep in touch with me. The jacket was well worth the wait. The quality is better than I expected, very nice indeed, and a great value for the cost. I have forwarded their selection link to other friends and family.

I ordered two leather jackets and received both of them within a week. The cut and styling of the jackets are extremely flattering (I wear a size 6), the leather is soft, supple and the perfect thickness so the jackets hang well but aren't cumbersome. After showing the jackets to a friend of mine, she ordered one as well as she loves hers as much as I do mine. The prices are also good value for the quality of the coats.

I was looking for a leather jacket and I came across Angel Jackets. I ordered the wrong size as it was just a bit tight around the bottom but it was easy to return and request a bigger size. It only took about three weeks from my initial order to receiving the right size. All in, great service. The jacket itself is beautiful soft leather. I would definitely order from them again.

This is a quality jacket with a collar that folds nicely that has a cut around the waist that gives it shape. I can wear it over practically anything and look dressy. The jacket isn't bulky but still feels warm.

I bought a great jacket in a style I've been looking for what seems like forever. It was a 3 button leather blazer. Great quality and its hard for me to buy leather jackets that fit me correctly. I don't have huge shoulders and my arms are a little short for a guys who wears a medium. This jacket fit nicely. Looks amazing and I get compliments on it all the time. My wife saw it and loved it. She was so impressed that she looked on the website and found a jacket she liked. We ordered it but it did not fit her well. It really wasn't Angeljackets fault at all. She is petite, 5' tall and has very large breasts. She also has problems finding jackets that fit her. I contacted Angeljackets and their customer service was absolutely amazing. We had zero trouble with a return. I would not be afraid to order from this trusted company. In fact next time I need a leather jacket, I'm going to order from them again.
