I had a great experience with AmeriSave. From the beginning, everything was organized and easy to follow. The appraisal, underwriting, and closing steps were handled quickly, and the team always kept me informed. I never felt confused or left waiting. Their portal is simple to use, and every representative I spoke with was patient and helpful. I’m truly grateful for how smooth they made the entire process.

This is the second time working with amerisave.Working with Joel Arnold is always a pleasure This second transaction took longer and I felt I was sending documents that I had previously sent 2vand 3vtimes very frustrating.What was suppose to happen on a tentative date initially took a month later.Im sure that may have been partially my fault.The job the final result was achieved The conversation was always polite and professional.

Process was quick, simple and easy and had a great rate. Chelsea is the best!

It was quick and easy. The people were quick to get me answers.

Our loan officer was amazing. Very helpful Even on his schedule days off he still would call you back and help you through your issues. Our closing specialist or manager, whatever they are called was pleasant but was harder to get a hold of and less helpful when dealing with issues.

Also several complications, including the taxes on the property, that are paid through escrow through our primary mortgage, even though we had the tax bill that showed that it was not delinquent and the county had not sent our mortgage company a bill yet they claimed the account was delinquent and forced us to pay our property taxes through them if we wanted the second mortgage to close, mind you this was after placing a nonrefundable $500 deposit on closing cost. We’re still not certain how to get reimbursed from our primary mortgage, but so far judging from the experience we’ve had it will be a hassle. Additionally after filling out all the proper paperwork, the cash out was not deposited into our bank and was sent to us two days after closing through a check which once deposited is taking even longer to clear causing it to be a week or more past the original date we were supposed to be wired the cash out.

They did have the lowest interest rate out of four quotes and it was fairly fast on the closing. Granite, we had all the paperwork filled out in the first 24 hours.

Probably would shop around more next time not the worst experience, but not the best either.

Michelle informed us daily where we stood with the loan process. She was quick to return messages and very thorough. I can’t say enough about the experience with Michelle!!!

I wish there was a follow up phone call to review the closing disclosure documents. They were just automatically sent over and no explanation given for anything. I ended up sending a lot of emails to clear up my questions.

If I could give them a zero I would! We originally applied in July 6 2026. Yea we are approved need to provide documentation ect. Was advised 500 non refundable fee lock loan amount ect and for inspection ,ok we paid. Inspection comes and no responses . We had to make all contacts and inquiries they don’t send you any thing. We find out need to paint the garage, we had it done in two days. Inspection comes and no back. Have to wait weeks for them to get photos from inspection. We have to do the calling to find out status . They tell us we need flood insurance, done got the policy . We are now in September and still nothing. We have called and get tod we have new agent and have to provide same documentation that was already sent. We did that .. guess what still no response and we call and get the we are awaiting on the documentation from the state . So I guess we got scammed and lost 500 for the inspection and was told it would lock the loan rate for 30 days. Yeah that never happened still awaiting anything as of today 9/24 moving on to a new company. Lesson learned ! Street clear! SCAM

It was a pleasure working with Rebecca Asher and Brandi-Lee Hershey. They communicated with us daily even on the weekends. The process was very smooth, simple and quick. I would recommend these Ladies and AmeriSave to anyone.
