I purchased a Patriot DDR5 6000 MHz RAM kit. It did not work properly on my system, despite the configuration being fully compatible. After returning it through their RMA process, the exact same kit was simply sent back to me with the explanation that no fault had been found.

My refund request was then denied, with ALTERNATE claiming it was a compatibility issue, even though my system works perfectly with another DDR5 6000 MHz kit.

As no satisfactory solution was offered, I ultimately had to resell the RAM at a loss. Very disappointed with how this support case was handled.

I ordered a PNY RTX 5070 OC (triple‑fan) from Alternate. The processing time was surprisingly slow: more than 24 hours between payment and shipment, whereas competitors deliver the same product at a similar price within one day.

Worse, the card arrived with a bent metal fin on the heatsink (i have photos). This raises concerns about quality control and overall handling before delivery. For a premium product, this is not acceptable.

I’ve decided not to recommend Alternate based on this experience and will stick to retailers that offer faster processing and better QC. I would appreciate a solution, but as it stands, I’m disappointed.

I received my order very quickly. It was well wrapped and I must underline that the price was much cheaper than anything else I could find!

Worst After sales service. They try to tell me I wasn't i time for return before checking, have to proove by myself I was in time. 2 product was concerned by the return. One for a piece missing, another one for nnot working. They told me I was responsible for the damages even when I proove it's wasn't real with multiples pictures. Do not command on this webbsite

The order was delayed by 15days while the website said the article could be sent within two open days... The packaging was very poor for electronic articles, no real protection, hopefully everything is working as expected... I definitively don't recommend this webshop.

Emballage d'origine absents contrairement au premier disque reçus, bien emballe mais aucune protection anti statique.

An excellent service. They emailed me to confirm my order, then to confirm that my order was being processed, and then to tell me that it had been dispatched. My Dyson V12 arrived within the given timescale, delivered by a reliable courier. I would use Alternate again.

Ordered all parts for a new PC. One needed to be changed, I waited for 10-14days but everything runned smooth. Their prices are good, shipping time excellent, packaging perfect. Website is clear and efficient.

I am still waiting for my order 1102000031983 to be refunded. The item had been successfully delivered over 3 weeks ago now. And Alternate has only gotten back to me once 2 weeks ago saying they were having technical issues with their CRM. Since then, complete silence.

This is beyond the joke

I'm ordering for the first time on Alternate website, and I'm totally satisfied. After making a mistake on the order, I was authorized to receive a refund, returned my package, placed a new order, all of this with great fluidity, and above all, with a single person as interlocutor. Finally, the prices on this site are unbeatable!

Sent the wrong version of the product. Asked me to send pictures of the product before asking me to send it back. No offer to help with posting fees or to work a deal. The customer service was polite but slow. The experience is just plain unacceptable. Avoid at all cost.
