It was so great to just walk away and go home with my kid after a very long flight, and get my bags delivered right after getting home.

Perfect as always. The usual friendly team came to pick up our 7 heavy luggage in the hotel in Paris. Then, it’s freedom and hassle-free: we just have to drop our last luggage the next day at the air counter.
Really changed our travel experience when we come back to Africa as expats.

All the experience was great , fast, practical, and easy . The customer service answers all the questions and great human contact on the phone and with the pickup agent at home .

Excellent service. We had a late flight and this enabled us to fully enjoy our final day in Paris and have more peace at the airport with kids. We will definitely be using Alltheway again.

Baggage pickup was smooth & efficient, but the bag was some how "lost", and did not make it to final destination for over 4 days. Goods inside bag were damaged due to sitting in storage in 40C weather. Unacceptable service. Processes have to change to mske this company reliable.
The response from alltheway is classic "passing the buck." As a subcontractor for Air France, the client should expect seamless service between the two companies.

I have been using this service on several occasions and it has always been a great experience. They are professional and reliable. It really makes travelling much easier.

Above and beyond they were waiting for me at the train platform (not usual but they said they had ability this time). I didn't even have to find them at the desk. My luggage was at its destination quickly too.

Very convenient and smooth service. Excellent team. I come with many bags due to my relocation and quite stressed. The team was very professional and friendly, and delivered all my bags very early to my accommodation. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with AllTheWay when we had a late evening flight (23:00) out of CDG and wanted to spend our last day sightseeing in Paris. We had 3 checked bags (2 large, 1 small cabin size) so it was absolutely worth it for our family to pay for AllTheWay to come to our accommodation vs. lugging the bags to a drop-off. The online booking and payment process was very simple. We had a 2-hour window and after I called to check, AllTheWay kept us apprised of the staff's arrival time so we could plan accordingly. The staff was friendly and helpful and when one of our bags wasn't scanning correctly, they called the office team to validate and had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. I wish other cities and airlines offered this service!

All in all, efficient and flawless. However, it is dissappointing not to be able to book a more precise time slot for the luggage pickup.
