The whole process was absolutely fascinating how Allsup took away all the stress from me but doing everything from submitting claims and contacting VA about information.

Well we’ll we’ll ! Here is something you all should know!! Read their website! Read about there core values! Read about 42 years of experience! Read what makes them the best ! Then ask yourself how ? They subcontract there advicuts who are non attorneys that only reach out to you 3 days before your hearing and then the day of the hearing saying she can’t download files from Allsup ! If she was newly sub contracted for the first time working for alsup of course she would or know there system and how to down load files !! So we’re does the 42 years of experience get displayed?? On there web page only with a picture of him alsup and his designed core values!! Jim has 42 years experience and maybe more!! But did your subcontracted advicut have any experience? Want proof? Text messages! Email! Got it !!! So a retired defense attorney of 42 years could want to be a advocate! Subcontract through alsup to make a little money or keep his mind busy! And then there is with no experience subcontractor! No core values no bar card no consequences for not being prepared for she is just getting a fraction of what alsup is getting from you ! So if you are going to hire a firm to represent you get a small firm that are attorneys because they receive the same 25% of your back pay as the advicut that was apportioned to my sons case ! You can’t file a complaint with there compliance department because the employees are told to tell you they don’t have a compliance department! Really Jim alsup? Who is running that place Linda your supervisors ? Just remember as much as you spend on your advertising budget! There are people like me who will spend every bit of his time warning future potential clients what they are about to do by signing a contract with your business and your subcontracted Advocate of the day !! And again! Non attorney!!!!!!!! You know my number! You know i will k ow if you delete this review! So now all who reads this knows to do there research! Also remember this !!!!! We can all be fired by simply allowing our clients to take there business elsewhere!!! Yours truly! Very unsatisfied client! For ever until I get a call with the director of your compliance departments name or a call from said department or a call from Jim alsup him self !!!!!!!

My representative Paula Cole did a fabulous job. She listened to every word I said and understood the difficult situation that we are unfortunately faced with. She responded promptly to all of our needs and helped relieve all the stresses that I had. I would recommend Allsup to anyone that needs assistance with their situation.

I had filed for VA disability compensation on my own the latter part of 2025. I was denied. I had heard about Allsup from a family member’s psychiatrist. I thought what do I have to lose. For more than ten years, I struggled with the VA disability claims process. During that time, I sought assistance from more than seven different agencies and organizations, trying to find someone who could help me successfully navigate a system that can be extremely complicated and frustrating.

Outstanding service. Took care of everything and the results were amazing.

Yesterday I spoke to Javonda regarding what the next steps are as SSA deposited back payment of my disability and nothing has been sent yet via mail or email. She explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable with what has occurred and what will occurred. This is my first time dealing with Javonda as my previous representative has transferred to another department. She made me feel comfortable which was a blessing for me. The best experience after several years of appeals was my senior advocate Brandon Kortgard. He prepared me for the teleconference hearing with the judge, vocation expert and advocated for me during the teleconference day. He was a master of guiding every subject in the correct areas and carried the football across the goal line !!! I will have the disability status finally after over 2 years. I could not have done this one my own. Brandon is a true professional in this tradecraft. Thanks !!!
