Great chair for gaming
I've had the Kaiser 4 chair for almost a year now and its great for gaming. The right armrest started having problems and the support team was glad to replace the armrest right away.

AndaSeat (Novis series)
I have been using my AndaSeat (Novis series) for about 4 months now and love it! Very comfy, solid, and just really well-built compared to other office chairs I have used (have gone through two other cheap brands before switching to AndaSeat). This chair has held up and has been worth the investment. I had one small issue with a part so I emailed the support team. They responded quickly, I included some photos of my issue and they replied with clear instructions on what to do. I was genuinely impressed with their response times and helpfulness. Overall a great product with excellent support. Top recommendation!!

Kaiser IV - Great Support
I love my Kaiser IV, it supports my body well during long work days. Recently one of the arm rests snapped off (disappointing), however, Anda Support was fantastic and shipped a new chair arm right away. Looking forward to receiving it and fixing the chair.

I got the AndaSeat Kaiser 4 in Bentley Brown.
Appearance 5 stars
Functionality 5 stars
Assembly 4 stars. They leave to much fabric around the bolts that connect the back to the bottom so I needed to trim with a razor blade so the screws would go in. Instructions and picture to connect the lumbar support cable to seat base not very clear. Many pictures on a black background and the part is black so it's difficult to clearly understand picture.
Comfort 4 stars. It could be 5 stars for others. I like a seat cushion medium soft and this is firm.

Anda Seat Kaiser 3e/Extreme Desk/Single Arm Mount
Delivery was prompt but handling could be better, received a mushed corner of the desk, Seat and mount were in perfect condition with tools included for each product. Quality you can see and feel besides the minor flaw of desk handling.

My first gamming chair.
I love everything about the chair. I would have given the chair five stars, but the one problem I have is the seat is a bit hard and sitting on it over a few hours or more really hurts my butt. I wish they had added more padding.
Great looking chair, delivery was quick and assembly was pretty easy and straight forward.

Wonderful customer service experience
I purchased a Kaiser 4 chair based off reviews that they were great for big & tall people like myself. Website is easy to navigate, lots of deals/discounts on it and options to use Google Pay which is important to me for safety. Once the chair arrived the instructions were really clear, but there was (what I perceived) as an issue with the chair. I emailed their support, we traded a couple of emails and presto, chair was working as intended & expect! Huge shout out to their support, I was clearly frustrated and they maintained their composure helping me out, I'm super happy with the chair and would absolutely buy again/recommend them!
