Allente is actively forking their customers or getting forked by their supplier of their Android tv boxes. They are TERRIBLE. Takes 3 seconds to change channel, cannot be used without internet connected 24/7 or else you get a constant pop-up over the display every time you change the channel. This REEEEEEKS of Forking the customers to make more money for a worse service.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SUPPLIER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

It's a trap. They sell free subscription by power. After customer cancel subscription. They just send a bill by intrum.

bad service, when you aask them to ring back they say it takes 60 min but it really takes more then 2 hours before they phone you back and sometimes one day!!!
When I ask them to help me with an issue, some one comes to the phone that doesent understand Danish but iven if I ask them in English it doesent help. Dont use this Allente for your TV

Købte Allente for at streame fodbold. Men både ved stream på Iphone og Apple-tv er streamingen ustabil. Jeg må se Arsenal end et sted.

It's simply not possible to cancel the subscription online or through a phone call, this is highly unacceptable and bad customer service!

Okay service

The fact that is not possible to simply cancel the subscription online is unacceptable! The condition for cancellation is the current month plus additional month. So if you think you can cancel before your next payment is due, you risk paying for two additional months. Stay away from this service!

It is completely hopeless to communicate with Allente.
When you write, you only get a standard answer.
It is quite obvious that the employees have been told not to spend time on the inquiries they receive.
This naturally means that the employees do not read what you write to them. And it is quite obvious that there is no such thing as quality control.

Everything..... It was a Dam robot not a human....

Comes with discount and offers AFTER I've told them that I want to cancel my subscription.

Typical get money on customer's back type of deal. I got to months free and decided to close it afterwards because both the TV app and Browser are slow and have significant lag. I tried with two 1000mb both coaxial and fiber and still slow. All other cast services work fine. When I called to cancel the contract I've been told it's the running month + 1. Of course, I haven't seen this when accepted the 'offer' because it is not something visible. I've been told by the agent that 'I should've look better' What a joke..

First hand service as soon as you talk to a human and not a robot.

Bevare of the notice period. I had a free trial, but have to pay for an extra month due to the cancellation notice, very old school. Also the people to have you call to cancel tries to upsell too much and barely takes no for an answer. Felt I had to explain my whole life in order to cancel.
