If you’re thinking of getting an insurance here, do NOT do it. I called to get an advise on a billing issue, the female lawyer they appointed to me (a bit older) said “I mean…. i can’t undo what happened, so what do you want me to do?”
I said “yeah I don’t expect you to invent a time travel machine, but advise me legally” she hung up on me.
I emailed them, no response for 3 weeks now. I will cancel this month.

Very bad service in Germany, I called customer service told them to speak slowly as my German is basic.. agent was rude, he did not even hear my problem.. I am worried if I have to continue this insurance with such service.

I purchase insurance with Adam Riese via the cashback portal iGraal. My purchase tracked immediately and Adam Riese approved it. However, iGraal refuses to pay out the funds I am owed. I trusted iGraal because they are your affiliate/agent. I now feel misled by Adam Riese. In advertising your services on their website I was under the mistaken impression that this was a reputable service, when clearly they were a scam.

Worst service ever. I never seen this kind of insurance company ever. Once you file a claim, they reply to you after 2-3 weeks and that also after so many calls and messages. They took 3 months like this. Also the claim was rejected. I wish I could give some negative reviews or at least "0". They really don't deserve even 0.1

I have had insurance for me and one for my dog (we are moving abroad and had to end these) and I am so happy with my time at Adam Riese. I have not had a need for use so I don't know if they're actually problematic when you need them BUT everything has been easy AND DONE ONLINE. It is amazing that I don't have to wait for letters to arrive. Also, I wasn't trapped in 12-month contracts like my partner who had insurance elsewhere.

Extremely unfair final decision with a Haftpflicht claim. It took extremely long to process and in the end, an unfairly low amount was given to replace a damaged item. The communication was horrible, as I received no details of how and why the decision came to be other than "Fall wurde abgeschlossen". My friend and I were left speechless over the lack of transparency. We suspected that the Gutachten over-estimated the residual value of the item which was actually damaged beyond repair, so that they would not have to pay out as much money. My friend ended up paying the entire amount that was awarded to hire an electrician who then determined that the item could not be repaired and would not be worth anything if we tried to sell it. How is this fair?? Who are they hiring as professional Gutachtens that cannot actually determine accurate costs of repair/replacement. Will be cancelling my contract after this experience.
