Saying thanks. I like how you gave Actbest a opportunity to respond. That's fair. All it did was solidify our case. Kaylin failed to do the proper research on what actually happened. There was never a refund It was a settlement. It was 3 months where I never heard anything and actually had to purchase a charger online just to get the bike to work I was days from filing in court when I received a email from a supervisor stating the employees had been terminated providing me with false information that could have resulted in a fire with loss of property and worse case scenario loss of life. He then told me that I was old and court could take years to get a result and I may not make it. I responded with kind words lol and let him know the longevity history of my blood line. 66 is young for us. He apologized immediately and asked how we could keep this out of legal. All documented emails. I said money back not refund. Money back so my warranty is still good. He said delete reviews and I will credit your account immediately. I didn't know that was a violation with the FTC and BBB. I do now This was basically a bribe. I did delete everything and he did credit my account. Im sure he didn't put settlement in company records to protect himself. Now Kailyn has done the exact same thing. First. She offered me a phone mount and 50$ to resolve the issue Documented emails. Next violating FTC and BBB rules asking me to delete my reviews. We have a attorney now and will seek punitive damages according to New Mexico laws. We also have asked her to stop emailing me. She continues. We will consider this harassment in the future. Finally a judge and jury of our piers will decide on how I was treated and proper compensation. When you don't tell the truth it's hard to remember what you said. I remember everything. Thanks for listening. I appreciate you ,👍👍

We purchased two Blaze Plus electric bikes for our children and couldn’t be happier. The packaging was excellent and assembly was quick and easy. Our kids love their new bikes and ride them every day. The quality is impressive, and we’d highly recommend Actbest to anyone considering a purchase!

The bikes are great fun and great priced i was able to get and enjoy 2 of them the company took care of any issue I had and was very prompt about it i would recommend these bikes to anyone looking for a great and fulfilling ride with loads of fun and enjoyment 😉 keep doing your best actbest.

Customer service was on top of the issues I had and helped me resolve my shipping issues quickly. They were very kind and helpful throughout the process.

Amazing bike good quality good speed and overall great support

I have bought the ranger bike from actbest last year october(2025).It has been durable in snow and i have stopped my search for travelling.it is worth every penny that you spend..of course you need to maintain it smoothly...

The ranger bike is pretty good

Right out of the box my motor grinds .
no power no torque.
It took me over a week to contact actbest by phone by email and by chat on Facebook..
Then actbest sent me the wrong motor..much smaller with less torque...i bought the bike because of the bigger motor and more torque....Even a customer service representative said actbest sent me the wrong motor and they knew it just to keep me quiet and keep the bike. well without the 1800 watt motor and 110 nanometers of torque the bike is worthless to me.

the bike must go back and I want a refund

Edited , Ive asked since the beginning for a return.
And supposedly Actbest says . Hassle-free returns.

They are now demanding a older disabled man to hold his phone in one hand and climb a hill..So they can see it for themselves...This is extremely dangerous, as the bike has no balance because no power.. Almost wanting me to fall off the bike... Dangerous..
And now they are asking again for pictures I already sent.

Actbest....shame on you..

We ordered an ebike for our son’s birthday from Actbest. The bike was unfortunately on back order so Actbest reached out to us informing us about the delayed delivery and provided solutions to get us a bike sooner. We modified our order to a different version of the same bike and it arrived promptly on my son’s birthday.

The bike is awesome. It is easy to navigate. The gears are very smooth.
The only negative is putting it together. You need to charge extra and put the bike together.

ebikes are great. with my ebike I can really enjoy the flowers, fall colors and beauty of my larger neighborhood. I am not limited to just a few blocks of walking in my neighborhood - I can ride easily for 4 miles all around my neighborhood and ejoy a much bigger area. When you drive you go too fast to enjoy the flowers, etc. Actbest ebikes are well built/robust and my ebike has transformed my life - I rarely use my car now - I go almost everywhere by ebike.

We are very happy with the action taken when we were faced with a bent frame and back wheel. The company worked with me to resolve the matter and now we are on the bike riding and enjoying it so much, Thank you Actbestbike. Would recommend to any one.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them for a week for a return, absolutely no response. I finally got someone on the phone, he was sending out a return slip, no email no callback. Stuck with an item I don’t want.

Absolute garbage. Ordered and paid for two bikes. Got only one. The one that came was scratched and dented. Two weeks later the bike stops working. Not replacement parts or support what the freak

The display stopped working after a week and the brakes squeak loudly. Feels like a low-quality AliExpress product.

Great package and easy build. My wife is very excited about her new bike.

My son and I are very happy with the quality of our blaze plus. The features and the top speed exceeded our expectations. We order led the blue frame which is our favorite feature and truly stands out.

I purchased a Triker. It stopped working. It would not turn on and operate. I contacted customer service and after several phone calls, for an entire 24 hour period, the customer service number was busy, I received a poorly worded, hard to follow email on how to troubleshoot my problem. I traced the problem to either the wiring harness or the dashboard component. The dashboard component is out of stock. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. They have no idea when it might be available. On the third time, they said that they may have a small limited quantity available the first of next month. Instead of placing the part on backorder, I am expected to follow the website to see when the parts are available and place an order. They’re expecting me to pay for the part even though it should be covered under warranty.

UPDATE:
As you can see there was what appears to be the perfunctory oh we’re so sorry response but there’s really no offer of any workable solution. I’ve talked to them on the phone. I’ve sent them emails. I’ve talked with their customer service and again nothing no idea when they’re gonna get the parts, no solution other than it’s my problem and if I wanna keep chasing trying to find this component to see if it works, that’s on me. Completely unacceptable. Their response is laughable at best.
I 100% do not recommend this company.

Iam incredibly impressed with my recent Actbest e-bike purchase,The shipping was lightning-fast, and the bike arrived at my door way faster than I expected. When it got here, I was equally amazed by how well it was packaged. Every single piece was wrapped securely in protective foam and held tightly with heavy-duty zip ties, meaning there wasn't a single scratch on the frame. Because of the excellent packaging, the bike and all of its accessories were in perfect condition. Unboxing was a breeze and putting it together was a quick, easy process. Highly recommend Actbest for their speedy service and careful shipping thank you again.

The quality of bikes is as expected. If you purchase an ACTBEST bike please take it in the unopened carton to a bike shop for assembly. The cost of proper assembly is well worth it. The supplied tools are not sufficient for proper assembly and there are some adjustment issues that should be completed by a professional.
