Great service, reassuring

Went to Western Canada on a self drive trip with partner & teenage children. Yvonne was always helpful, very quick to reply to any queries & equally quick to resolve any changes I requested. The trip went very well, thanks to Yvonne's planning & hotel recommendations.

We had a lovely journey down to Faversham the driver was absolutely brilliant great drive nothing was to much trouble we then got back on coach for a quick hop to Whitstable where we let of in the town near the harbour letting us know what time to be picked up even though there were only six people on the coach it was brilliant thank you.

Travel agent was a great communicator
She listen well, understood what we wanted and found us a hotel within our budget.

She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
I more or less knew what we needed (or I thought I did) but she advised us on things we hadn’t thought of and made sure to get the best deal for us, even if our requirements were a bit specific.
