How the images of the grandchildren's faces were captured so well. I was overjoyed to see these images reflected on the backside of the crystal as well.

My experience with customers service was great. Fast reply and fast reshipment. The contact number however needs to be fixed and the the item at least need to be exactly what was ordered.
