The VPS is very stable and the uptime is good. All this for an ok enough price. You get good-enough service for what you pay for.

When it comes to the price though, be careful. If you're a Business users not located in Germany and you give them a VAT number (you have to do this manually by sending them email). This should mean the VAT is deducted from the price and not included in your invoice, making you pay whatever it would cost without the VAT. However Avoro still will charge the exact same price as with VAT, only excluding VAT from the invoice visually. That mean they suddenly "increased the price" by keeping the VAT themselves. This is not legal practice within the EU.

Edit: The VAT issue seem to have been adjusted and past overpricing are promised to be credited.

They're very serious and professional. Over the years I've been amazed that whenever I needed help on Discord, they replied in under 1-2 minutes, which is incredible. Their services are very good and have never gone down. They're very powerful for the price, and I hope they stay that way even with these RAM price increases. I have nothing bad to say, and I didn't even think a hosting company this serious existed. God bless everyone working at Avoro, they've done a great job. I hope to stay with them forever.
I haven't been hit by DDoS recently, so I can't say how well a VPS with standard protection would hold up, but I know they have paid add-on templates in case you need extra protection, which seems fair for huge attacks. Back about 3-4 years ago, I did go through a period of a few hours/days where DDoS attacks were hitting a FiveM project, but they fixed it quickly. So technically I don't have recent data on DDoS performance, but I know it's better than 90% of other hosting companies.
I honestly feel like upgrading to the next Power Root Server package because I'm afraid of running out of stock again and potentially being left without one someday, even though I don't actually need it, but I'm a bit crazy like that :))
In short, I recommend them, the best hosting company I've used (and I've tested over 17).

Great price - you can get latest CPU architecture and a very generous hardware spec machines for the best price on the market.
Solid reliability - no disruptions, no downtime - like clockwork.

These guys are amazing. I have never seen such level of support in the VPS/VDS space. Plus their VDS instances are really fast and dedicated.

This is my first month with them (as I am writing this review), I had issues with network speed (due to fiber cut in middle-east), these guys changed the route and my speed became better.

The IP which I was issued had its network blacklisted by Microsoft. They took everything into their hand and got it whitelisted. Now my emails are coming in the inbox of outlook customers.

Their support is better than any other hosting I tried before. Also their servers are pretty fast. Good uptime. So far uptime is 100%.

I am not the type of guy who writes review but these guys deserve more recognition!

The experience was trash, the turned off my account directly after I paid my invoice for the VPS but then they turned off the VPS directly after, they banned me from the discord server and the support take really long time, they barley speak english and are really hard to get in touch with. I had a server on the VPS I had the server 2 days then they turned it off again and don't answear and I can't accses the panel beacuse my account was deleted by them. I really don't recommend this garbage!

The best company, they are so fast and they help you with anything.

This company knows what they do. If I was working really hard to find something bad about them, from my perspective, I could not. The quality of their services is really high, support is really friendly. I am really happy we found this partner.

Update November 2025: Unfortunatelly due to the Aisirus botnet, they also have issues. These issues have been ongoing for 3 months, with many drops on the network. Lets hope they finaly solve it.

Update May 2026: After their network upgrades have been completely carried out, there have been not issues for months, no attacks they could not defeat, no drops. I must say I am really happy I have not decided to leave during the times of Aisirus botnet.

Few months ago my team and me we decided to transfer our production environment into the Avoro's services. Fortunately that was a best choice, because of extremely active response from Avoro's support team, high quality services and performance in general. Within the VPS markets I've not found another company that comes close. While some may provide better hardware for DEDICATED servers at a certain price, nobody gives VPS hardware with the specs, performance and available bandwidth that Avoro does. This is a 5 star rating with just a few days of usage - with fairly quick replies to support tickets and zero issues from install to production. I only had two issues. One was the setup time - it's advertised to be faster than a few hours (should be minutes) but took about 4 hours to be ready. This was not a deal-breaker. The other issue is they don't provide a storage service - had to get that elsewhere. Overall though, the experience has been GREAT!

Now after some time of using their extremely powerful and cheap servers I have to tell. This is what you are looking for!!! I was researching for a very long time (Hetzner, OVH, Contabo etc) but managed to find this via a forum recommendation somewhere. I do not regret it one bit. I am * extremely * satisfied.

I contacted Avoro via email and literally 15 minutes later I got a reply by someone trying to help me getting a good configuration with a good price. Their response time is something worth mentioning. Its better than anything I have experienced with any hosting company or customer service in general. Does not matter what time of the day it is. Weekday or weekend. They reply very fast each time. Everyone who got a server knows this is crucial if something needs to be dealt with quickly. And yes, this continues even after first payment is sent (usually it stops after).

Server comes with a beautiful remote control interface (one is in Java and one is in your web browser). Redundant network connection in case one of two goes down. Modern if not the latest AMD Ryzen CPUs. 1Gbit network. NVMe and SSD disks. I was very skeptical about the hardware they claim they sold me because I had never heard of the company and usually when something sounds too good to be true (price, specifications, support time) ... It is. But its all there! Server is configured and installed by them. Just give them instructions and they solve it. Uptime these days with server companies is not really an issue but these have been up since first boot.

I sincerely hope that Avoro will never be sold to a bigger hosting company. Usually it goes downhill from there and that would be very sad.

If it was not obvious already, I highly recommend Avoro. Only small minor thing is lack of cryptocurrency payment. Many options available today suchs as CoinGate, GatePayments or why not your own crypto payment module (BTCPay Server) on Github)? It is not hard to implement (10 minutes maximum) and these days all tech companies need it. Come on guys, you are a tech company for gods sake :D Crypto is quite mainstream and it helps adoption so why not.
