They provide and guide customers through online troubleshooting step by step and provide documentations to follow. They used AI chatpot assistant and whatever discussed is automated to raise a ticket with support of chat trails. They frequently following up on the open/active tickets until they resolve them.

Very disappointed with Contabo.

My VPS had persistent internet connectivity issues, but support refused to investigate and simply replied, "unmanaged VPS." Blud?, unmanaged doesn't mean infrastructure and network problems should be ignored.

Performance is also poor due to consistently high CPU steal time, which makes slowest and unreliable. It feels like the nodes are heavily oversold.

Cheap price, but not worth about the infrastructure.

I needed information about VPS transfering and the assistance I got was suprisingly fast and on point. I have been in web development for years and when I sent my email to support, I was trully expecting such a large company to at least respond to my mater in 48 hours as is the case in most large companies, butto my surprise, they were instant, and even asking follow up questions to ensure I was satisified. The VPS services Contabo offers nicely fit my software development needs. The price is affordable and reliability excellent.

The main reason my colleagues choose other more expensive services is out-of-the box one-click scalability. In my experience this is almost never the decisive factor in real projects, but I understand how the option to scale up or relocate servers in the matter of minutes might look appealing. Especially for start-ups. I however don't have the need for fast infrastructure changes in the work I'm doing so Contabo is better option for me.

The feature I appreciate the most regarding Contabo service is alerts before a potential exceeding of the service package limits. Like sudden network traffic increase or potential limits reached, disk or CPU usage warnings, payment reminders, etc. It is really nice user experience being able to react to such events in time.

Overall, Contabo provides a great service and is IMHO the best in this specific niche.

Contabo has been prompt in response to emails, They follow up with tickets until the ticket is closed and they are so far very resourcefull.
