The fan was not same to what i have and…
The fan was not same to what i have and i should do extra work to make it smaller with tools.
It wasn't easy to send it back and reorder another one because of paying high shipping fee.

Parts not matching
I ordered a car part with the exact make and number like the original I wanted to replace but the parts were clearly different in size and the ordered part did not match. Before ordering, I also checked on their website if the car's make and model match with the part and it clearly showed that they match. Eventually, after one week, they replied I can return the part but on my own expense. The part came from Poland, so you can imagine that the extra shipping cost to Poland added to the initial shipping cost of 10 Euro make the return useless. I believe this is totally unfair practice, unlike current online shopping practices, and I will enquire about it with the Customer's Protection in Netherlands.

Unexpectable that in stock parts are not shipped in 1 or 2 days
In the past shipments where shipped within a 1 or 2 days.
All parts in stock and after 6 days still nothing. There is no easy way to cancel the order. and I am done with them, this is the second time that it takes way to long
