Buyers Beware, returns now at your cost.
After using this site many times I will never be using it again! After purchasing an article that then needed to be returned I was informed that this would be at my own expense even though I paid the 9.95€ delivery cost and the extra 5€ delivery security which always included returns up to 200 days on the original order I was then being quoted between 50 - 70€ from varios post offices which was around the cost of the original part. When I questioned Autodoc which you can only do online via an initial chat with the standard robot I was finally contact by an actual person but then received the worst customer service. Basically being told they had a new returns policy and all returns were now at the customers expense. No where on the site do they promote this new policy. Buyers beware!! I am told this is becoming a very common problem with this company.

Sadly, my recent experience has been dire.
I had to fight to assert my rights as a customer, and to get a refund on products that were not compatible for my car, even tho I had pictorial evidence that the web site indicated that the product was suitable, the customer service dept made me feel that they were doing me a favour allowing me to return it for a refund, and even initially tried to make me pay for the return postage, of a product that was not correct for my vehicle,
It doesn't matter how you paint it Autodoc, the product you sent me stated it was compatible for my car.....there was no apology and no admittance of guilt and no offer of compensation, for my wasted time and efforts.
Not able to use you again as I have no confidence in you anymore.....
What will follow from Autodoc, is probably and Ai generated generic answer, that is no good to man nor beast..

A complete waste of money and time, and on top of that, they are taking you for a fool.
First of all, they ship the parts from Germany without prior notice, meaning the delivery times shown on the website are not going to be met.
I bought a battery suggested by their system after previously providing my vehicle's details, but when it arrived, it wasn't compatible with my car. After several complaints through a chat system with terrible customer service where I requested an exchange for a compatible one and provided screenshots showing that their system listed the battery as compatible with my vehicle, along with my VIN (chassis number), the specifications of my current battery, etc. They told me that I must provide the 'informative information' of the old part, and that my claim has been rejected. A complete waste of money and time, and on top of that, they are taking you for a fool.
