As a domain investor, I’ve used several major domain marketplaces, and in my opinion, Atom stands in a league of its own today.

The platform is superbly built, with an impressive range of tools, analytics, portfolio management features, and everything a serious domain investor needs. The LTO (Lease-to-Own) functionality is also excellent and provides a very practical way to structure transactions.

But what makes Atom truly stand out is the people behind the platform. The brokerage team, including Zack and the other brokers I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping get deals done. Their communication and negotiation skills make a real difference.

Atom also deserves huge credit for continuously enhancing the platform. They don't simply build something great and stop — they keep innovating, improving the tools, and making the overall experience better for domain investors.

Yes, Afternic is a great marketplace, but in my personal experience, Atom is even greater. I genuinely don't see another domain marketplace challenging Atom at this level today.

For me, Atom is the ultimate domain marketplace, and I’m very happy to have my portfolio there. A huge thank you to the entire Atom team and especially the brokerage team for the professionalism and outstanding service.

Excellent service with very quick payouts.

1,if you have funds in your atom account , you can not use your fund to pay for atom pay link..you wait until support do the payment...it very bad.

2, if you want to change your card on file to another card to pay you can not be able to do that..
all these delay payment ...and is very annoying

Atom seems like an excellent option and service ; although I haven't used it for very long, it offers several domain services. It's easy to use, and we hope it offers good prices for domains. I recommend using it.

I've been in the domain reselling business since 1998. I have never dealt with a more convoluted, gamified, and needlessly frustrating selling platform than Atom. It's insulting to experienced business professionals.

Their customer service is stellar: fast, friendly, and effective. Unfortunately, I know this because I've had to contact them far more often than I should.

Atom repeatedly makes major changes to its dashboard and navigation, often with no meaningful benefit. The changes add nothing to my business. They simply cost me administrative time and money as I have to relearn - and train the admin again - on where everything has been moved. This happens several times a year, with NamePros members effectively serving as unpaid beta testers.

The registrar is crap. Porkbun has better navigation. Spaceship has better navigation and better prices. Both have darned decent selling arrangements.

I'm removing my several hundred Premium domains from Atom as they come up for renewal, and I regret the time I've wasted on the platform.

This isn't sour grapes. I've made sales on Atom.com. I simply cannot stand using it. There are dozens of better places to sell domains.
