Shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I wore them all day on a very long travel day (2am to 11pm)and my feet didn’t hurt. I have problems finding comfortable shoes and these are exceptional!

The shoelaces were obscenely too long
The shoelaces were obscenely too long. I contacted your customer service and they sent shorter ones. However, the shoes are grey - and the replacements laces are black - and of a lesser quality. They look stupid, but I can't be bothered dealing with this. I have read online complaints about this same problem so I guess your quality control is very lax.

I have problem feet that no other…
I have problem feet that no other special shoe (expensive and popular) will correct. I do use orthotic insoles, but these shoes are a game changer!
After the break in period which lasted a couple of weeks, my feet don't bother me anymore and I work 5-6 days a week, on concrete floors, 9 hours a day! I'm in month #3 and still haven't needed new shoes. This is unusual for me. These are definitely the best!!!

I like the wide 4E size
I like the wide 4E size. I like that they are waterproof for my use as a disc golfer. Communication and delivery was great.
The inserts are not good. They bunch up around my heal. The shoes are heavy like boots, but I am sure that has a functional purpose.

A good comfortable fit. I liked the choice of colors,extra pads and heal support. Quality materials. The only thing I would have liked is a choice on color of the sole. It was delivered within an acceptable time and packaged well.
