Prompt Responses and Quality Products!
They are very prompt with their responses and helpful with purchases. We got our delivery within just a few days! It also helps that they provide one of the only formulas that exist with methyfolate. Our girl can’t have folic acid. It was very nerve wracking to figure everything out, but Organic Life Start has helped us through the entire process. We will continue to use them as long as our baby is on formula. Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend
Highly recommend for anyone who is ordering European made baby formula. The product was exactly as expected and shipping was super fast. They have a great deal for first time purchasers. I have ordered from other distributors and all the cans I received were dented. It made me question the quality/validity. Not the case here. Definitely using Organic life start from now on.

Disappointed With the Return Policy
Disappointed With the Return Policy
I recently purchased baby formula from Organic Life Start for my newborn daughter. Unfortunately, after trying the formula, my baby experienced worsening eczema, and her pediatrician recommended switching to a different formula.I contacted customer service to explain the situation and requested a return and refund for the two completely unopened and unused boxes. Unfortunately, my request was denied due to their return policy.
I understand that companies have policies, especially regarding baby products. However, I believe there should be some consideration for situations involving an infant’s health and a doctor’s recommendation.
As a mother, I simply wanted to provide the best nutrition for my baby. Spending approximately $117 on formula that I can no longer use is disappointing, especially when two boxes remain completely sealed.
I hope Organic Life Start will reconsider how they handle situations like mine and show more understanding toward families facing unexpected medical concerns.
I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly. Best regards,
Parashqevi Stakaj!

Love it!
My milk supply was starting to dwindle and we needed formula quickly to fortify. Our shipment arrived in a few short days, and our baby is loving it. We had heard great things about Hipp, mainly how clean and nutrient rich of a product it is, and it is living up to the hype!
