Great Experience using Online Training for my coursework! The material is clear, well structured, and easy to study at my own pace. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get licensed or complete their continuing education.

Very confusing, so many repeat actions before each lesson. it is terrible and the worst CE class I have ever taken.

Very education, and diff sets you up for success

The course and training were very good, clean, and to the point. Even though I had never known or studied anything to do with insurance, it was presented in a way that is easy to understand. Only did not like was that after you finish the lessons' questions, it does not save well, and you can not go back to review the content unless you answer the questions again. Also, the final exam was much harder than the Unit lessons' quizzes; they used harder terms that I had not heard much of through the Units or quizzes.

Had problems logging in for the first time. With the help of the Helpdesk I was able to access my course in a matter of minutes. Very professional and courteous.

I liked the material, however I needed a bit longer than 6 months to complete the course. Sadly I wasnt able to finish it in time.

The material was very straight forward and concise.

I was able to get all of my CE completed without delays! its all read through without any long videos you need to watch. Just straight read through and quizzes/exams all self paced. Very well put together and would recommend to any agent needing their CE!

The course was simple to navigate through and the mini quizzes allowed for true understanding of knowledge. The End of the unit quizzes helped gage the understanding of each topic. I completed the ten units in seven days

I would not choose Online Training Institute again for another course. This course was extremely difficult to get through, not because of the material itself, but because of the way it was presented. I barely made it to the end because the format made studying feel more like endless reading rather than an effective learning experience.

A large portion of the course consisted of fill-in-the-blank questions and random practice questions that did not feel like they were preparing me for the actual exam. The true and false questions were also not helpful because almost every answer was “true.” After a while, I didn’t even need to fully read the question anymore because the pattern was so predictable. Some quizzes even repeated the exact same questions within the same quiz, which made it feel like memorization rather than learning.

The fill-in-the-blank questions were also extremely frustrating. The system was very sensitive, and answers would be marked wrong even when the response was the same meaning and wording, simply because of a missing comma, dash, or an “s” at the end of a word. This made the process feel more focused on guessing the exact formatting the program wanted rather than understanding the information.

The course also lacked engagement. It was mostly just reading page after page with no videos, interactive lessons, visual explanations, or other tools to help keep students focused and retain the information. For a course that is meant to prepare students for a licensing exam, I expected a more engaging and structured learning experience.

I believe this course could greatly improve by adding more interactive content, better practice questions that reflect exam-style questions, videos or instructor explanations, and a more user-friendly quiz system. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, and I would choose a different provider if I needed to take another course.
