Shipping ? I paid extra and it took twice as long now I have it finally and this is nothing good it’s cheap made not going g with stand any wind poles have scratches and also scratching while unpacking and a black ball for top really ?? Needs gold not happy with u guys at all wish I would have skipped over your site anything u can do for me ? I would appreciate it thank you

Spent a lot of money on products of which two of the lights didn't work. Contacted company right away by email. Just gave me the run around I'm sure they hoped I would go away. When I finally got threw to someone by phone they wanted me to spend more money saying it was probably the batteries when I told them that was unacceptable. Told me he didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. Get new people and get new and better batteries. Don't buy from this company...

Poor customer service from a rep named Robert..if that was his real name. Couldn’t get straight answers and he took forever to respond, if he did at all ..I bought these lights just now elsewhere and feel good I didn’t enable poor customer service here.

What ever you do, don’t order from this company. They sent the wrong lights, then I called the company number for 3 days in a row and left messages with my order number and information to return my call. They never answered or returned my calls. On the fourth day, someone answered but cut me off in mid sentence while I was explaining the situation. Again, they sent the wrong lights. He was rude and aggressive and when I said so, he hung up on me and blocked my call. The absolute worst company, customer service, experience I have ever had ordering online. I would give them a negative star if there was one.

Sent an email and left a message and still have not been contacted. Did not mention the fact that you have to dig a hole 4' deep anywhere. Can not get ahold of anybody and their website says they don't accept returns for anything on sale. Almost EVERYTHING is on sale. Not very good customer service.

I’ve left a message with your 877-488-3581 number yesterday with no reply, regarding my previous two purchases of these lamps and two of which have lost power even with new batteries and I’m asking what to do next as they have been good lights but now they seem to be failing and I just bought six more.

I was sent the wrong things. What I got I did not order. Sending it back. Very disappointed.
