Delivery lost THREE TIMES
I am due a filter and UV light and I have had two missing parcels from Evri and I now have a 3rd one that is seems to be missing. I pay a month fee and this is not acceptable. they are refusing to send an another replacement right now. they used to use Royal Mail and never had a problem now they use Evri and I am not getting my item

Ezekiel was very helpful! He went through all the information with me clearly so I could fully hear and understand what I was agreeing to. He also explained the process and let me know about all of the available colour ways that the system comes in.
At one point my phone reception dropped and he called me straight back, he was also very friendly on the phone 10/10 customer service!

Amazing service from Jeff
Amazing service from Jeff! I spoke with Jeff from OurTaap regarding the installation of my new tap and he was so helpful from start to finish. He talked me through everything clearly, helped me get my installation date booked over the phone and made the whole process really simple and straightforward. He also arranged a lovely free welcome gift of two water bottles, which was such a nice touch! 😊 The only slight downside is that I do have to wait around a month for installation, but I guess that shows how sought-after the product is! Jeff also let me know that if there are any cancellations before then, he’ll put me forward for an earlier appointment, which I really appreciated. Overall, a really friendly and helpful experience. I’m now looking forward to getting my new OurTaap installed and can’t wait to start using it!

Absolutely in love with my new TAPP…
Absolutely in love with my new TAPP already, and it’s only been installed for a day!
The water tastes lovely, it’s so easy to use, and I’m especially happy that I can finally say goodbye to my rusty old kettle and water filter jug! 😂
A huge thank you to the lovely Mark S, who was incredibly professional and a real pleasure to have in my home throughout the installation. Everything went smoothly, and he was so helpful in showing me how everything works and answering all of my questions.

I couldn’t be without my water filter.
From start to finish I couldn’t ask for a more helpful experience. I struggled to get through on the phone so the Chat facility helped me by requesting the advisor call me. Ezekiel Called me first thing the very next morning and was so helpful, informative, professional and also really friendly. Any questions were answered and I couldn't ask for more. I couldn’t be without my water filter. I have a large family so knowing that my water is clean and free from anything nasty is worth the monthly subscription twice over.
Great product with a great service and my sales/customer service rep Ezekiel could not have been nicer!
