My experience with nowas.shop has been extremely frustrating and costly. I initially ordered a water tank and, to my surprise, received no confirmation or communication from the company. Although my payment was processed, the authorization was soon reverted without explanation, leaving me confused about whether my order was even valid.
After the tank wasn’t shipped within the promised four business days, I assumed the order had been canceled and decided to place a new one. Instead, both tanks were eventually shipped together, which was both unexpected and unnecessary. When I realized I was getting two tanks instead of one, I immediately requested the cancellation of the second shipment and return of the first. However, communicating with nowas.shop was a nightmare; I had to send 5-6 messages through their online form (the only contact option) before receiving any reply.
To make matters worse, I was ultimately charged not only for the shipping costs on the incorrect first container but also for the return shipping. Nowas.shop then added an unexpected return fee on top of that, resulting in significant additional costs due to their own logistical issues.
This entire experience reflects poor service, lack of transparency, and a disregard for customer support. With the unexpected fees and inadequate communication, I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping at nowas.shop to prevent similar headaches.

You placed 2 different orders within 3 business days for different tanks, and with different contact information for your orders. We have no chance to know that the second order is a replacement since you have not communicated about it.
We have no information regarding reverted payment. Payment for both orders was reserved and available for NOWAS to withdraw through the whole process.
We have documentation that order confirmations have been sent to the email addresses you have used, this applies to both orders. We ourselves receive copies internally and can see that it has gone through. You may need to check your various mailboxes.
We are sorry for the delay of 3 business days for your first order. Second order was shipped within normal lead time.
Orders was shipped on 2 different shipment numbers, they were not combined.
The return fee is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that you have accepted. You even received a smaller return fee than usual.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service and we wish you a good day.
