Credit card charge back…
After purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of product, I selected the option for signature upon delivery, through FedEx shipping. These folks then mailed out through USPS. which although not even an option for me to choose, showed tracking as delivered to a neighbor. These folks will not provide a signature receipt of the person 21 or over, who signed for and accepted my nicotine and wants me to file my own claim with the carrier that they chose without my consent. USPS or these folks also claim I chose the "deliver to my neighbor option", which is impossible because I had selected FedEx signature which is required by law in my state. Going to have to do a credit card charge back. Also contact the states attorney and make them aware of these illegal practices. This company is failing to provide additional services to me. I have been clearly wronged. I have a screenshot of my order if they wanted to see what I'm sending to the fraud services division of my credit provider. Dissapointed that I have to do anything other than pay and enjoy. Not the best business model for repeat business. Thanks
