Brilliant customer support
My Genius 10 failed right at the end of its 3 year warranty so I contacted Customer Service and after a few emails they have agreed to send me a new replacement charger. The Customer service dept have been amazing. Due to me being in the UK they did not expect me to incur unreasonable postage cost so all I had to do was send them a photo of the cables cut off the charger and now I have had confirmation a replacement is being dispatched to me. I have read older posts complaining about customer service but they have obviously changed and I would say that now they are definitely from my experience a 5 star company.
So just to update my previous review I can confirm I received my replacement charger by recorded delivery within 7 days of Noco agreeing my warranty claim. I found the claims process very easy and customer services did exactly as they promised.
As others have stated customer service…
As others have stated customer service is really BAD
ITS a long and very slow ordeal , so don’t except you will get fast service ,it’s more like watching paint dry.
It should not be so draw out to get a replacement and shipped ,without waiting weeks to even get it sent out ,once warranty is approved, again like watching paint dry. Will not recommend there product any more.
I've purchased 3 different NOCO…
I've purchased 3 different NOCO products, one of them is used nightly outdoors as a trickle charger on my 6.6L Duramax engine battery as she has battery issues when colder than -30C. I've been using the product for many years without any issues. I can't speak on warranty issues as I've never had an issue with the product.
SCAM DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's a SCAM. NOCO will not return my email request for support. Walmart will not allow return on it. It is"Non-eturnable"
And the NOCO website will not give you a refund if you bought it at walmart.
Plus you have to pay 12 dollars recycling fee if you buy the little battery without an exchange
MOST IMPORTANTLY NOCO says you will void the warranty if you try to charge it with anything other than THEIR chargers.
The NOCO "Hassle-Free Warranty" is a work of fiction.
I purchased the NOCO Genius 1 in late May. The unit worked as expected for about two months. Then, for no apparent reason, it stopped working. The battery connected to it went dead. I went back and forth via email with Chris G, NOCO Customer Support Supervisor, for a week without resolution. I don't know if the NOCO Genius 1 is bad by design or if I simply received a bad one, but I know NOCO Customer Support is terrible. The NOCO "Hassle-Free Warranty" is a work of fiction.
I resolved my situation by purchasing a battery maintainer from another manufacturer.

I've had a G3500 for a few years that now won't work. I have a "warranty" for 5 years but I have to pay them $30 to use it as well as pay for shipping? The original product cost me $60. What a joke.
have had two noco's for 3 yrs
have had two noco's for 3 yrs. on one the light would not come on out of the box. both charged up ok. now the other one wont power up and the light wont come on.it indicates that it is fully charged.
Early Genius 5 failure but very good CS
My Genius 5 purchased via Amazon failed after 4 months. I contacted the Noco CS who after a few email exchanges agreed that the unit was malfunctioning.
Given my location (Belgium) and to prevent the hefty freight costs, I’ve been asked to send a photo showing both G5 cables (AC & DC) severed.
A week after I received a brand new NG5 from the Netherlands.
No further problem so far. I also have a Genius 10 operating since Jan 2023.
Great high quality products
Great high quality products, excellent customer service.
My noco genius 5 (owned 2 1/2 years )…
My noco genius 5 (owned 2 1/2 years ) stopped working. Mode seilection button wond shift between modes. Only goes to force mode if holded for 5 secs and starts the charge even if not connected. Noco support very complicated to navigate in order to register for a claim ref number. Not so genius after all.

Phoned company multy times they picked up and hung up immediately. VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Very helpful Customer Service - NocoGBX45 replaced
NocoGBX45 stopped taking charge after working so well for us and I also wrote to the customer team and have had a very decent experience on proof of failure and sharing data and then being sent a new unit. I am very impressed with the ethics with which they have communicated all along. I wish we could help them recycle these battery parts in some way. Would buy more equipment from them happily.
Never even got to use it
Gb70
Never even got to use it! charged regularly, won't take a charge after two years. Expensive flashlight.
Takes forever to ship the order
Takes forever to ship the order. I didn't wait till the end and canceled the order.
Costumer service talks like a robot pointing to small script in the agreement. Don't care about costumer satisfaction.
If you absolutely must buy no.co. Do it from Amazon never directly from their website.
And obviously there are planty alternatives to no.co which are better and cheaper.
NOCO-Best Customer Experience I have ever had!
5 months after purchasing a NOCO GENIUS2UK, 2A Smart Car Charger it developed a fault, (all the warning lights started flashing).
After turning it off, then after a few days back on the fault again, was still present.
I then emailed NOCO'c customer service department, and after 20 minutes I received a polite helpful reply giving me the information on what to do to process my warranty claim.
The end result is that within 5 days a free brand-new charger arrived at my door, brilliant!
I found NOCO to be totally customer focused, polite, helpful and very efficient, they never took more than 20 minutes to answer any of my emails.
They seem to do very badly with regard to Trustpilot reviews, but you can only comment on your own situation and mine was just great.

NOCO Genius 5 - really great for my use
Have the NOCO genius 5. I use it for , UTV/ ATV, tractor, boat and trucks. I've a large unheated barn with lots of motor toys and farm equipment. I move the genius around to the equipment that is not being used, as well as stick it on random 12V batteries laying around the barn.
I've been able to "repair" older 12V sealed car batteries that were dead. Had success on two older batteries, with a 1 out of 3 success rate.
I use all modes, wet, AGM and lithium as well as the repair.
Now have two of these. Having used many different types of auto charges in the past, this so far is my fav. Let's see how long it lasts. Need to get 5 years of of this. I'll update as needed
Bought NOCO GB70
Bought. GB70. Started motor bike twice and a 1500cc Skoda. Tried on a Landrover, which unknowingly had a faulty battery, Noco GB70 gave up.
Indicates fully charged, flashlight works but nothing else. Contacted Noco, waste of time. All they want to do is sell you another at a very minor discount. Stay clear, all show no go.
Cheaper to buy a spare battery.
Bought the GBX45
Bought the GBX45. Garbage. Died in 1 1/2 years. Out of warranty. Customer service is awful. Spoke to one person and told me that i should've done my research before pay it. Dont pay this product.
