purchased a few wigs from this company. The first one was good and there after has been inconsistent, but the last one being the worst. The wig tangles, the shine disappeared after two washes, very dull and mats up no matter how much you comb it. This is sad for people with medical conditions they get cheated out of money and poor quality hair. If you don’t use right away, time passes and impossible to file a claim.I was hoping to find a retailer that I can trust and unfortunately this company is a scam. Quality is not good.

I would strongly advise against ordering a custom topper from New Times Hair.

I initially purchased a standard topper and their colour rings which arrived fast, and were good quality. I then placed my custom order on 17 April 2026, paid over 500USD, and was repeatedly given completion dates that came and went. I was promised updates and shipping on multiple occasions, only to be ignored for days at a time.

My client missed an important event because the topper still hadn’t arrived.

Throughout this entire process I was never allowed to speak to anyone other than one sales representative, despite repeatedly asking for my complaint to be escalated.

After three months, the topper was finally shown to me for approval… and it was the wrong colour. The company has since admitted this in writing.

I have been given repeated assurances throughout this process that were not honoured, and I am still fighting for a resolution. A custom-made product should not arrive months late, in the wrong colour, with the customer expected to take the risk of correcting the manufacturer’s mistake.

Extremely disappointed by this unprofessional business. Would steer clear!

I had a very disappointing experience at New Times Hair. The service did not meet my expectations and I felt that the staff were unprofessional and inattentive. The final result was not what I asked for, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this supplier.

Promised that I could receive my 5 skin systems in 2 days. I didn't, but my next door neighbor did. Yup, they got my address wrong, failed to put down 11A but put 11 instead. When I brought the issue to their attention, they sounded pretty humble and promised to give me a free piece with my next shipment. Love their attitude.
