Thank you for the review. Unless you run anything online it's hard to explain there value without them you'll never get found online. I try hard to list items accurate. I always add at least one photo of the actual product and have AI use that photo to make the remaining images showing real life usage or just simply making a better background. Whenever I see items with less than perfect packaging I will make sure it's noted on the page or list it, without box if package is too damaged.-Chad

Price something too low, and some people assume it’s a scam, knockoff, or gimmick; price it too high, and shoppers may leave to save a few pennies elsewhere.
I work hard to find great deals and keep costs low by handling everything myself. Even then, raising prices just for a quick profit doesn’t sit right with me. I believe lasting growth comes from treating people the way I’d want to be treated—and the free extras are simply the cherry on top!

Interestingly enough, under certain circumstances, it actually costs me a little less to ship more weight—so I like to turn that into a win-win for both of us. While I always try to include extras, whenever it’s cheaper to send a heavier package, I’ll happily toss in anything within reach!
So far, everyone has welcomed it with open arms, but I’m sure there will be that one customer someday who gets all worked up over getting too much free stuff, right? Haven't hit that yet, but if it happens, I'll send them a follow-up box full of free hugs and a sign that says "KEEP OFF MY YARD!" Surly they would love that gift.

What a great shop! It was so nice to receive lots off little extras thrown into out box! Purell 1oz bottles (6 of them), a few tea bags, a little measuring tape, and a few Petosky stones from northern Michigan! This is a great store! Highly recommend!

Since I source these as one-off closeout deals, I don't make the products or have a direct connection to the manufacturer—I just sell them at a discount. Because it's a mouth/dental product, I can't open up another one from stock to test it out for you, but I did some digging online to help you out.
