NEVER, EVER, EVER order from Montana West. I bought the 250th anniversary purse. It took 2 months to be delivered. In less than a month, it fell apart. Because I didn’t return it before it was delivered (their return policy is only 30 days), they will not replace it or refund me😫😡

I was missing 2 items from an order and reach out to Montana West via Facebook Messenger. Rubie reached out to the warehouse team and 5 days later the missing items arrived at my house. Very happy with the customer service, especially Rubie.

Since my husband found the Montana West website he has bought me 4 purses and I have to say I love these purses more then my Kate Spade purse!!! The designs, colors, styles, and the fact they are concealed carry purses make a huge difference for me. The comfort of the strap on the shoulder or forearm are fantastic! The leather is beautifully designed and now jewelry!! I mean come on! How do you get better then gorgeous purses and jewelry. I will not ever spend $800 on a purse again u less Montana West makes one I love. So I am converted from Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, and Coach to Montana West. Thank you so much.

I ordered a purse I adored and when I received the purse it was smaller than I expected so I called Montana West sales to see about getting a larger purse the same or similar. Melody, the sales rep was so kind and helpful in helping me find the perfect purse. I give Montana West and their Sales Team a 10+!

I purchased a purse for my fiance on 5/7. I received an email 5/26 stating it was out for delivery. I still haven’t received it. I emailed Montana West twice asking about it without response. I called them on 6/4 and was told they will reach out to their Chinese shipping company and get back to me within 48 hours with better tracking information. Still nothing. This place is a scam.

I purchased two items from this company. On their website before placing this order it stated that it be shipping out before the end of May. 16 days later it still has not shipped out and after multiple attempts of trying to reach out to Customer Service via email and phone, I finally get a hold of somebody on the phone. The gal could care less why I was calling out what was going on and told me that literally I had the choice to either continue to sit on the Line because she gets paid by the hour or I can hang up. She had no answers as to when it was going to finish being “processed” or when it was going to ship only when the item has a successfully shipped out, will I get any type of tracking information or an updated ETA as to when it actually will arrive. She had no care in the world that I was ordering this based off of being able to rely on the information provided on their website for a present. The present now will be late and will not come on time. PLEASE BUY from someone else!!!

I needed the products ASAP. I sent an email and they were able to work with me to get the products packed and shipped so I would have on time.

I placed an order for the Sunflower tote and crossbody bag set, and 2 mystery wallets. First shipment was the tote bag nothing else. They finally agreed to send the missing items. Received the second shipment today May 27th, still missing the matching crossbody bag. I'm beyond frustrated. Wrote them again, explaining that the order was still not complete, and sent the picture of exactly what was in the package. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Quality products and fast shipping

The purses are beautiful and I will be using the small crossbody traveling tomorrow. I was disappointed in the strap for the camouflage purse. You should offer different options.

I love Montana West Concealed Carry Purses. The value is one of the best.

I order two mystery box and spent over 40.00 and got two really small items. One wallets was so ugly and
Bulky and the Crossbody was camouflage and it’s super tiny. I would never buy from this company again when I tried calling there was no exception they were willing to do. I would say customer service is pretty poor and the so-called mystery is not worth it to me don’t waste your money.
