I was able to purchase a cellphone looking like new, featuring e-Sim, for a very affordable price.
The after-sale service level is amazing: friendly, uncomplicated and very efficient. I had to send the phone back to resolve a small issue, posted on Monday, back in my mailbox on Friday.

Delivery was quick and phone works well. What concerns me a bit is that the phone seemed not be cleaned at all! After removing the cover to insert the SIM it seemed to have still all the dirt from the previous owner. I was assuming that was the main work you guys should do at least before sending it off to a new owner.
