We saw Mitros at a trade fair and got some advice from them there. When the time came for us to gather information from solar companies, Mitros and their sales representative were right at the top of our list. He was professional, answered all our questions and openly addressed any concerns we might have had. On the day of the installation, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They explained what was happening and helped us set up the app. They tidied up and left everything neat and tidy.
The only downside was that, had we not realised there was something wrong with our electrical connection to the air-water system, we would have had a problem with our hot water. The staff member mentioned that if he’d had to come on another day, they would have had to charge us for it… that was a bit of a downer in what was otherwise such a good experience.

The rep was so informative and no question was too little and explained everything in detail. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation in one day and went over da app on my phone and showed me how to use it. The rep Paudie called back to see if I was happy with everything. Definitely very professional

Really good service - instillation was fast and efficiant with minimal disruption. Company was great to deal with and fantastic after care/customer service. Would highly recommend.

office support was great and clear. Installation process was clean and thorough. Only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was an issue we had with our immersion, which was unrelated to Mitros job but done by one of their electricans. That said the guy did come back and try his best to fix it a few days later. All in all well worth going with this well established company

Very professional service from enquiry through to decision making they were very helpful answering all of our questions and discussing openly any concerns we might have had. Delivery and installation was all completed in a single day and the staff didn’t leave until even our iPhone apps were up and running and could access the system. Very neat and tidy you wouldn’t know they had been here. Peter O’Brien

Back up team sorted out software problem with dryness battery.
Never dropped a days productivity.

Okay installation, poor after sales support.
We got a Liviltek PV, battery and EV charger installation from Mitros around Nov2025. The cost was reasonable. The installation itself was okay, although the EV charger was wrongly wired which we only found out later when we bought an EV car and it flipped the trip switch . They fixed that but it took a whole week to get someone out to fix this significant issue, which was v annoying. (Why was it not tested after install?)
Limited advice was given on SEAI grants- we got the main PV grant, but we missed out on the EV charger grant as we were not aware until after install- maybe that was our fault for not researching but I thought they would have advised.
The biggest aftersales support problem is that the system is not able to manually program a battery charge or discharge via the app. If working correctly this benefit would make use of cheaper night rates. I made contact to fix this- some remote calls were held to try test various things but it was not fixed. The last communication was that they would contact the Livoltek and get back to me. They never did. Eight months later it is not fixed and I am missing out on savings every day.
On balance I would not be able to recommend Mitros.

They arrived on time, 8AM prompt and set up for install. Everything was explained to me in detail and they set about their work. Minimal disruption to our everyday routine as they only turned off the power for about 30 minutes. Would recommend them definitely. A 9/10 experience

High quality system install and technicians very tidy. I got 18 panel system all done in a day. Sales team were greatbut sometimes slow in response. Price was very competitive

Mitros installed my panels at the start of July and I have to say the whole experience from when I first contacted mitros to the after installation care is second to none, any questions any queries I have or had were dealt with very professionaly and swiftly as possible, everything was straightforward, well explained and the professionalism of the installation team was second to none, very tidy work and in fairness it was done very fast no messing around, get in get out job done, I would really recommend Mitros if your looking to install solor panels on your house,

Exceptional experience from the minute i sent enquiry in online to paul comming and giving us a full evaluation very informative then emailed every bit of the quotation in pdf format. Initially quoted for front and rear of roof but on the day installers said all panels would fit on front of house which is south facing. Using extra optimisers. From start to finish it was about 6 weeks and everything is working amazingly.

From start to finish Mitros have been brilliant. A no nonsense approach and I'm delighted with the product and the Workmanship. From the first phone call to install they where great. And very importantly they gave a date and stuck to it. If everyone was like Mitros life would be easy.
