This company can not be recommended !! I have around 8 cameras and a doorbell og suddenly I had to sign in after years of use ! Now I can’t access and they can’t help me with relog !
Do you self a favor and never use them
I received my package after one week, which was acceptable. However, the main disappointment was that the website clearly stated a free Xiaomi bag would be included with my order, but no gift was sent. This feels misleading and unfair to customers, and I am very unhappy about it.
Avoid buying from this store if you can. They sent me a faulty product, and it is impossible to get in touch with them as their customer service is non-existent. I paid a huge amount of money and there is no resolution or even conversation from their side at all. I do not recommend this store.
Since the MIUI 13 update, my handphone (Redmi Note 10S) often breaks when playing games like PUBG and Mobile Legend.
They sent me the wrong item. They took my money and sent the wrong one. I tried to contact them by email, but no answer and no help. Zero customer service. Beware they take your money and don't care afterwards. No way to return the item back even if the item is wrong or faulty.
So don't buy their products. It's all a headache. It is completely understandable. Worst customer service ever.
