Hopeless !

These guys had another chance. And failed miserably. Re committed delivery on or by 17/7 - easy noting they had confirmed on the 10th that the tub was in Limoges just 1 hour away.

On the15/7. They reconfirmed 17/7.

Today 4pm on the 17th they confirmed, after me chasing, that it is in Limoges (still) and will be delivered as soon as possible. That could be another week or so.

I have initiated refund. Miganeo are hopeless and don't really care about their customers.
