i had ordered an Ariston mobile AC unit and the lead time was 2 weeks. On the last day of the delivery period i wrotr them an email that my AC had not arrived yet,asking them about the status of my item. They came back to me saying that the particular unit could not be delivered and offered me another unit (Zephir) as an alternative. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Was ist da los bei euch?
Euer Händler Livea aus Frankreich reagiert auf keine meiner Rückgabeforderungen und verzögert den Vorgang systematisch. Es werden Fotos angefordert – ich sende diese umgehend – danach erfolgt keinerlei Antwort mehr.
Euer Support hilft ebenfalls nicht weiter, sondern verschickt nur generische Standardantworten ohne konkrete Lösung.
So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.
Bitte klärt das umgehend.

Your customer support is not helping either and only provides generic responses without any concrete solution.

Give it 2 for ordering and delivery I’m in my seventy’s and have health issues so wanted a small mower I could.cut with a struggle my garden as can’t afford a gardiner on going paid £68 for a Flymo which came in so many pieces as I’m not a handyman and unable to put together as this is a lot of money for me and feel it was missold as not said ready to use like I’ve always had unlike other retailers wish I’d ordered from them so waiting for them to respond to collect and refund my money asap not heard nothing from them as yet with email yesterday

1 of the worst experience i can have.
The way they handle delivery of the product is like chinese scam sites, package is traveling, but oops it can not find your adress. So everyday or 3 they send an email off, o so sorry we will contact the seller and they should contact you in 24 hours.
10 days later and still nothing.
Product from T arrived all the way from china earlier then a package from the same country and at least they contact you straight away solving the issues instantly instead of using this 24 hours allowance bs.
Edit:21st 7 days later and i got another email stating that they are not happy with how the seller is responding to solve the issue and they will give them another 5 days grace before the next actions, which most probably is again an extra delay and examption to solve it. Never ending emails instead of complying to the request to solve it the same day.

They are made from very cheap fabric
I recently purchased 6 dining room chairs , to replace the ones damaged by fire , I couldn’t remember where I had bough the original ones . the fabric is of a very poor quality and the button backs were badly puckered where the buttons haven’t been placed properly, and they are very narrow , but they were cheap , so I guess you get what you pay for , but I won’t be using them again

Parcels require a signature, 4hr window or a day off
This company uses FEDEX as a courier.
They only give a 4hr window and require a signature, they will not try and deliver to a neighbour or leave your parcel.
Miss them and you will be required to wait in for a whole day until 6pm no other details are given.
Failing that you have to pick up from thier depot which could be miles away.
None of this is made clear when you order, so if you cant guarantee to be home at their convenience, beware.
Dramco Ltd using Gravity Bathrooms as a company name have no contact number that works and contacting ManoMano is nigh on impossible.
So how do you cancel an order when you can't get a whole day off to wait for a delivery?
