Fast delivery and i am very pleased with my eyeglasses.

When ordering the product is was listed as in Stock with an ETA Delivery Date. Nearing the delivery date a generic email was received informing me "there was a delay" of ~1 week. 1 week later the product was still not received. Upon emailing Customer service i was told the delay was continuing with no delivery ETA, as "there was issues at the warehouse". I was indeed offered a Full refund on my purchase price - which i declined, as i would still be "out of pocket" as i have incurred international transaction fees and other bank charges. Seeking this refund, i was further declined. Several email exchanges later with no outcome and now nearly one month post original ETA. Product did eventually arrive "spontaneously" as i did not receive any further correspondence on the ETA. One week later Mia Burton sends me communication to let me know the product is "on its way".............it's already here people !!!! Terrible customer service, really bad communication, zero willingness to solve a situation and provide any compensation. Oh, they did provide me with a 10% Discount code for a next purchase...........LOL.

Excellent customer journey.

There was an issue with the delivery. Instead of delivering the parcel to my home address, for some reason they sent it to a store in my city. Very strange that DHL could make a mistake like that. I had to track down the parcel myself.

The complimentary care kit contained an empty bottle of cleaning solution — it had opened and leaked completely.

In the end, I decided not to keep the sunglasses and returned them. Somehow I didn’t like the model as much once I tried them on, and one of the arms was also slightly bent.

They received my return on 11 August, but today is 2 September and I still haven’t received my refund. According to their policy, they allow themselves up to 20 (!) business days to process a return.

Next time, I’d rather pay full price and buy directly from a physical store. And preferably from the brand itself rather than a department store.

This company sent me my order with no glasses in, only the case!! Contacted you on every platform possible and have heard absolutely nothing! Please can someone get in contact with me?? I would not recommend this company

I had a great experience with Mia Burton. The ordering process was easy, the product was beautiful and exactly as described. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

I have ordered a pair of Peter and May in early August, with a delivery date within the next 2 weeks. Come the end of the estimate delivery range without any shipping info, I emailed them asking for an update on my order status, to which they replied saying they're still within the delivery date range and I have no say in complaining about it.
But less than 24h after, I receive an automatic email explaining that my order will experience delays (lol).

I then regularly followed up with customer service to ask for updates on my order, each reply stating the exact same automatic sentence of "we cannot provide an updated shipping date, but rest assured we are working to have your order processed and shipped asap".
Had to end up asking for a cancellation and refund of the order. Terribly disappointed with the shipping/delivery process but most of all, customer service.

My first purchase from Mia Burton in Argentina was generally positive, except for some delivery delays. The wait was more than compensated for by receiving a 100% genuine item at an excellent price. A big advantage is that shipping is free, and I didn't have to pay any extra taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately, my second purchase was canceled due to lack of stock. Determined to give them another chance, I placed another order. After a week, I received an email informing me that they were preparing my order. Two days later, I received another email apologizing and saying that my shipment was delayed and that they would contact me again when it was rescheduled. So, my experience so far is: At Mia Burton, you can buy original items at a convenient price, with no extra taxes and free shipping. However, placing an order doesn't guarantee you'll receive it. It usually takes about seven days between purchase and being notified that your order is being processed. At this point, you might receive a notification that your purchase is canceled due to lack of stock or that your shipment is delayed. If this happens, you'll have to wait for another email notifying you that the order has been dispatched, which usually delays your delivery by another week. In conclusion: If you don't mind waiting 15 days beyond the agreed-upon date, proceed with the purchase because you'll receive a genuine item. If you want to guarantee your purchase and ensure it arrives within the agreed-upon timeframe, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Returns process is very substandard - the returns label provided doesn’t even work. Hugely inconvenient. You then have to email to get a returns label which again does not work. Automate returns and use QR codes like every other retailer in 2026.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mia Burton.

My Miu Miu sunglasses were delivered by DHL in a parcel that had clearly been compromised. The box was torn and had a large DHL “REPACKED” sticker on it. When I opened it, the Miu Miu packaging and empty sunglasses case were inside, but the sunglasses themselves were missing.

I contacted Mia Burton nearly a week ago to report what had happened and provided photographs showing the damaged and repacked parcel. Despite the seriousness of the issue, I have not even received an acknowledgement or any response to my email.

These were sunglasses I specifically ordered for my holiday, and I was left without them because they were missing from the parcel. I understand the issue appears to have occurred during delivery, but I purchased the item from Mia Burton and expect them to investigate this properly with DHL and resolve the situation.

It is incredibly frustrating to have an expensive item go missing from a parcel that was clearly damaged and repacked in transit, and then receive no response whatsoever when trying to get help.

I am posting this here because I genuinely don’t know what else to do to get Mia Burton’s attention. I hope someone from the company sees this and finally gets in touch with me to resolve the situation.

Great customer service! Item was well wrapped and as described. The sale I got my sunglasses during was phenomenal.

The order came later then expected, but i was kept up to date about it and eventually the sunglasses arrived right on my birthday 😎 great quality Swarovski sunglasses, lovely packaging, was an absolute joy to unpack 🥰 thank you!
