Little dissapointed with delivery
Little dissapointed with delivery. I carried a 13 kg box up and down because the post man handed wrong box to me. Then had to carry my 11 kg correct box.

Hi, You are absolutely right! That's part of the idea with us💚 🌎
Among other things, we save food with short and sometimes past expiry dates as the expiry date is just a label that acts as a guarantee from the producer that the product is of exactly the same quality as at the time of manufacture. It does not in any way mean that the food becomes unfit for consumption afterwards. In fact, food can last for weeks, months and even years after the expiry date.

Expired products
Absolutely dissapointed with my first and only purchase. Matsmart delivered expired products to me and when I asked them for a refund for the expired products, they replied that they are proud of delivering products with short expire date or expired products. I didn't mind the products with short expire dates but it's unnaceptable to force me to keep the expired products. It should be illegal to sell expired products (the expired products should be given to people that desire to have them (knowing that they are expired) for free, but not to sell them. When I bought the products I never imagined that it would be expired as the discount of the products were quite small if I compare buying them directly in the supermarket. The only reason I bought several products in this site was to have the free delivery otherwise my intention was only to buy one scarse product (a margarita mixer, it's hard to find them in Sweden). I was not searching to buy a cheaper product, I just wanted the margarita mixer which I didn't find it in any other site in Sweden, I wouldn't have minded to pay a full price.

That's right! Some of our products have passed their best before date, you can always check the product page to see more information about the product and also which best before date it has before you decide to add it to your basket. We encourage everyone to trust their senses when it comes to the best before date because it is only a recommendation from the producer that it should keep exactly the same quality as at the time of production, but the labelling does not say that the product becomes bad / harmful after that date💨🌏

1/2 delivered -> no compensation
I placed an order for two boxes, paid the fees for transport and waited happily for delivery. There was however a damage to 1/2 boxes in delivery and it wasn't delivered. I was refunded for the goods but not for the delivery costs. When contacting customer service they made a lame claim that it wouldn't be sustainable to send the ordered products again. It's pretty obvious that it's a business to do profit so why overly greenwash it? Would you say it's in any way besides economically sustainable to do home delivery of liquids?
