it's not always clear what you are buying. ordered some snack bars and thought they were cheap but they turned out to be super tiny sized

Matsmart WAS great some 5-6 years ago. Back then the prices were legit (lower due to shorter experition dates).
I used to place an order every second month or more.
Today many of their prices are as high or even higher even after they claim there's a dicount. Now why on earth would I buy something for the same price or even more expensive than when I buy the very same product at my local supermarket?!
2-3 years ago one could find a few good deals every now and then to still motivate making an order, but this past year I've never managed to fill a shipping free box. That's how expensive it has become due to their over-pricing.

MatSmart is a very smart way to shop!
I really like MatSmart. I ‘have a look’ often and usually find some things I need at fantastic prices. I like that I can save lists of my ‘favourites’ and that there is a wide variety of items I do use: soups, snacks, healthy supplements, protein bars, kitchen staples, pet treats…you name it! Even clothes sometimes. Only one time have I had a problem — some chocolate bears were crushed in shipping— and I wrote to customer service, had a quick reply and they credited the purchase immediately.

Amazing. Everything is really good, even if expired (always displayed when buying). I have saved a lot, ate lots of good stuff that I’ve never found in stores. When delivery is going to take longer, always gotten an email, but it never took more than 6 days to get my box.

ALL the packages arrived crushed
ALL the packages arrived crushed, and some, like the rice and chips, were burst open. The delivery showed a total lack of care in handling food products. I expected much more attention and respect for consumable items.

Feedback on Unsatisfactory Experience with Matsmart
Hi,
I recently placed an order with Matsmart, but after five days, I was informed that the package was broken and that my payment would be refunded. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any call or message of apology or explanation regarding the issue.
I was really dissatisfied with this experience and had to reorder the items from another company instead.
Because of this, I won’t be placing any more orders with Matsmart, and I would recommend choosing another company that offers better customer service.
