Not happy with the delivery service they use
I was not able to choose the delivery pick-up location and this ended up causing a bit of problems. Otherwise the experience with the shop was good.

Cardboard box size needs fix
Everything else is good, but their cardboard boxes get stuck into the 2 most popular parcel machines used in Finland. This has happened to me with parcel machines of Posti and Matkahuolto. I've had to call Posti several times, when the parcel door just doesn't open up, because the cardboard box is stuck in such a way that it blocks the door lock - it just doesn't open up. Matkahuolto seems to redirect my Matsmart boxes to e.g. a grocery store much further away. And that's a problem for me as the weight of my box is often 15-20 kg and I don't have a car. I wish Matsmart would make each side of their boxes 1 cm shorter so they wouldn't get stuck into the parcel machines.

Matsmart is a very good service
Delivery works very well, all products have always been what expected, no mistakes with any of my over 50 orders.

All in all a good service
