I bought something that never showed up. I was given false promises and they never deliver. Why put something on your website that your gonna sell but then never ship to customer. Why take there money?

I would stay away from this company. Slow return on emails and phone calls. I don't know how busy they are as a company but they do need to work on their customer service, shipping information, and their delivery time. Save a couple bucks from other websites but then is a bug hassle if you need anything after an order is purchased.

Always an excellent experience!

I ordered wrong clutch for my car. The return has taken a week or so but the staff was extremely helpful and guided me through the process. They were always willing to answer any questions and everything was straight forward. The staff even found the correct clucth for my car. Very helpful!!!!!

I gotta say Blake made my purchase experience super easy. I called in with a couple of questions about a part; he was able to answer them quickly and made a PO for me while I was still on the phone.

I was able to put in my order and get my parts all in the span of about 24hrs.

Had a very negative experience with Will on the phone. After asking questions about a product, he said I was asking too many questions and hung up the call on me. The workers here are very rude and have a nasty behavior. Do not buy from here, awful company to do business with.
