What a fraud company that just charges u and charges you until u notice

I would give it no stars if I could. Looks nothing like the picture. No support and flimsy material. It’s crap! I wanted a refund but it states no refunds. This “company” is making money off of people who thought they were getting a quality product. I don’t usually buy apparel online and never will again.

I received my two bras a couple days ago. I ordered two xl for 10$ a piece. Once they arrived after weeks of waiting they fit like a small/medium. So then I came here to check the reviews and wish I had done so before ordering. I also went back to my bank account and noticed I got charged $34.95 and $39.99 from a company called oricrystals.com. After emailing this “sister company” I found out that the 39.99$ charge was for some subscription that I was not aware of. And the $34.95 charge was for the two bras and shipping. So I paid 20$ for two bras and fifteen to ship them. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get this subscription charge handled. The only reason they got one star is because 0 stars is not a choice. I give them -10 stars 🤬

When i ordered from this company the shipping charge was 4.95. When I got to the payment option it was 14.73 and I added am additional bra on my order for 4.99 and they made it separate and charged another 14.73. I canceled the order immediately and requested a refund. That was on the 7th of July. Its now the 21st of July and ive emailed 4 times to see if the refund has been initiated and theyre saying yes but my credit card company is saying theres no refund. I canceled this order within minutes of making it. Ive had to dispute the charge after all that and they keep hitting my card with different charges from different companies thst doesn't exist. I know its magic wear because i havent ordered anything else in months. Sorry company sorry customer service.

Stole money from my credit card, late delivery and the products are so cheap quality looking nothing like the photos!!!! LITERALLY SCAM! I wish I never saw their website. Give my heard earned money BACKK RNNNNN😫😫

SCAM This company is a complete scam. They tried to double charge my account. The product is not as advertised and they have a no return policy. The sizes are not accurate and shipping is Super Slow. Dont buy!!!

When they ask you to review your order they already have your payment information. When you click on review it simply shows payment complete and you’ll see they increased your shipping cost dramatically. I looked at canceling the order but they don’t allow that which was my second clue that I have made a huge mistake. Went on Trustpilot and saw all the horrible reviews. One that caught my eye was where someone mentioned that they was charged a week after their original order for a subscription charge. So I immediately sent a message to cancel/delete any real or imagined subscription. Believe it or not those Aholes charged me a subscription charge a week later. Now the only option is to cancel my CC.

I cancelled my order and they said they would return my money back ,until today no money back.
I asked for send the bras instead,no answer.Totally a scam, don't buy anything on this websites if you don't want to lose money.

If I could put zero stars, I would. These bras are crap. Not at all like they are advertised to be. Don’t get me started on the hidden shipping fees and the additional $39.95 that shows up on my CC a month later because they claimed that I signed up for a subscription service. I’ve had to fight to get my $$$ back. Do NOT buy from this company. It’s a complete scam.

the item that was sent to me it didn't fit cup was too small compairing the xl never the less i received an email that it will be refunded that never happened
not only there is no refund but twoe days ago t i was charged 35.98 the reason is "subscription"

They charged me twice for shipping at checkout, kept delaying my order, and eventually told me that they don't have stock and will refund me. They have since blocked me on all emails. I never received my order, and I was not refunded. A complete scam, and they essentially stole my money

Trust the bad reviews. Do not order from them. Bra is like a cheap training bra. Not accurately sized at all and their advertising is false. You only get 50% refund and then they charge you for something like a membership you didn’t buy. Total scam.

I ordered two bras in the size that the website chart indicated. The bras came, (along with two “Nip covers” that I DID NOT order but was charged for). Not happy about that. The bras were at least 5 sizes too small. I didn’t even bother to try them on and reached out immediately to the “support” team. They told me I could get a 20% refund and keep the bras. I did NOT agree to this and advised that I would like to return for a full refund as they are useless to me. After the initial email they would not answer any of my emails. I sent about 10 emails to the support team and got ZERO support. Actually the email address seemed to not exist all of a sudden. In my personal opinion, this company is a scam, takes your money and leaves you with a product of very poor quality, and zero support. I would not recommend any purchases from here as the sizes are completely misleading. The bra looks like it cost around $3.00 to make. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT order from this company! The Magicswear Website is extremely deceptive. The bras look nothing like the picture and are not even close to the description of the item. The sizing chart is WAY off, and they set you up for recurring payments. I was charged 3 times in one day then a week later I was charged again. The business does not allow returns or refunds.

Unable to submit ticket for refund, size change after multiple attempts. Will never order from this company again.

This company is horrible they billed me twice for a bra I didnt order, then the bra I did order was white they send beige the large is not a large and now they said is no refund on bra.so im stuck with a beige bra that dont fit. Sucks

disgusted by this “company”. i ordered 2 bras and while i was checking out a promo popped up for an additional bra for just 4.95. after i added that to my order, i got the order confirmation and it listed all 3 bras plus shipping for $29.80. when i checked my bank account i had 2 charges one for $34.63 and another for $19.68. when i emailed and submitted a ticket to customer service they said oh yea that’s the additional bra and shipping charge. i sent them proof of what their order confirmation page said i would be charged and screenshots of my bank account and what they charged me. they ended up saying they would refund the extra shipping cost but i have still yet to receive that back into my account and I purchased this July 3rd 2026. when i received the bras, they literally looked like a training bra for a child with some padding. i tried ONE bra on and i was popping out everywhere and it barely covered what it needed too. i immediately emailed and submitted a ticket AGAIN and they basically told me too bad, all sales are final. LOL i reported them to the BBB and will EVER purchase from them again and will make sure everyone i know NEVER purchases from them. they are a scam company that has horrible customer service/focus.

Absolute crap quality, better buying off Temu, hidden charges, slow delivery. Nothing like what was advertised, doesn't hold bust, no shaping or smoothing. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I order and cancelled same day, still haven't received my refund from July 4, now on July 14, they took more more money.
I have emailed multiple times, apparently it's the bank fault, it's not.
My bank has started a fraud investigation on the company.
Please be aware. Before purchasing.

Horrible sizing chart because the bras I received are for B cups. They don’t cover past the breast hardly. They tried charging another fee if you accept an extra bra at checkout. They only can give a 50% refund because a portion was used for processing, fulfillment and logistics. I wish we could write reviews on the website.
