Customer service desaster

The customer service is a total desaster. I waited a half year without any chance to get my high priced device repaired (at my own expence). In the end, they found an service enterprice, which could´nt help me, because they don´t offer technical service in my area. Result: no chance to get the device repaired. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Appalling customer service

The Swedish customer service of Myrangecooker is a total disaster. Impolite and unwilling to help customers. Even when you have paid for high-end kitchen appliances they refuse to repair things on the guarantee claiming the customer did something wrong when it was clearly a weakness in the product. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

So cooker delivered before christmas

So cooker delivered before christmas, still not useable, they said they would send a kit to sort it out they have not. Partner spoke to an engineer his words "but you wont be able to fit those parts you need a gas engineer"! So no parts, no cooker a true disgrace.
