Hi Anky, we want to update this response now that the matter has been resolved. You contacted us shortly after ordering to correct the shipping address, but despite acknowledging your request, we failed to complete the change before shipment. The package was ultimately returned to the sender.
We take responsibility for how the request and subsequent communication were handled. A full refund of $317.83 was processed on August 26, and we also contacted you directly to offer complimentary store credit as an additional goodwill gesture.

Right now it is a 2, I ordered a battery wrap for my yozma in 10 pro and I ordered some chrome monster stickers. I was going to order more but since it has been like a month since I ordered and still haven’t gotten anything I’m Probably not going to order anything else from mxwraps. if they end up shipping the stuff I will change my review.

The worst quality random drop teen center and overall suck dont buy off mxwraps buy off yxmods and volts customs the vented plates are from cod mods sold for 70 on there site there real ones that they made and sold here for 180 that they just bought off cod mods and also drop shippers and they bought the bucklos suspension on amazon originally 150 and mxwraps is charging 200-300 never buy from here i wish i could give them a 0 star

*I am updating my initial rating. The company did respond and rectify the situation as described in their reply. My son received a non-working baja light. He requested a refund immediately and submitted all of the evidence demonstrating the nonfunctioning part. It has been over a month, and this company continues to say to wait while they decide if we will receive a refund or not. My son saved his own money to buy this, and it is unacceptable to not issue a refund when the part does not work. 5 weeks is more than enough time to process a refund. Do not recommend this company
