Women in Leadership Programme Close-Out Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating the close of another inspiring Women in Leadership programme journey. The day was filled with powerful reflections as delegates looked back on how they have grown, challenged themselves, and stepped more confidently into their leadership. A common thread throughout the conversation was the importance of owning your journey, embracing opportunities, and showing up with intention every day. Equally powerful was the recognition that leadership is not only about personal growth, but also about giving back, lifting others, and creating opportunities for those who follow. We were honoured to be joined by our executive programme sponsor, Abigail Mukhuba, who shared a heartfelt reflection on leadership, growth, and the responsibility each of us has to shape our own path. Her message served as a powerful reminder that leadership is not defined by a title, but by the choices we make, the impact we create, and the people we empower along the way.
